This place should advertise as a fusion chinese/japanese restaurant. Their maki rolls were pretty good - I liked it but likely wouldn’t order the same again. Their fly sky ramen looks novel and fun but 100% is chow mien with a side of soup. The flavour of this was in no way a japanese ramen flavour. A solid 3 stars for myself and friend who ate with me.

Absolutely delicious! We’ve been here a few times and keep meaning to try different menu options but always end up having the bento boxes because they’re so good! The atmosphere is very comfortable, the service is quick, polite and friendly. Highly recommended!!

First time trying this traditional Japanese restaurant, and the experience exceeded expectations!

We opted for the two-person set meal this time, and the portions were especially generous. From the miso soup and salad to the final wasabi ice cream, every dish was full of surprises. You can really feel the care put in by the restaurant—the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were excellent. Highly recommended for friends who love Japanese cuisine. We’ll definitely be back!

3.5/5, the pricing is way too high for the flying ramen. We got the sliced beef and pork flying ramen, not knowing that it was actually flying. The presentation is give it a 5/5, but the taste does not match the price. Will probably come back to try their sushi though.

We had an amazing experience at Fujisan! The donburi was absolutely delicious, and the fish was incredibly fresh….some of the best we’ve had. The service was warm and attentive, and the owner was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for Japanese food and a great dining experience!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Sushi rice was a bit disappointing, and the pork cutlet was dry with unusual sides. The mini Wagyu burger was delicious. We didn’t try the sashimi, which might be their best—I’d consider coming back just for that.

The food here is really tasty and fresh! I especially enjoyed the flavors—they felt authentic and well-balanced. The staff are super friendly and funny, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!

Went on a weekday evening, the aburi don did not disappoint! Large portion with good smokey flavour with fresh scallops/salmon. Their sky fly noodles 🍜 are a nice surprise!! Wasabi ice cream is light and refreshing! Service was good and Douglas is super nice!
