The food is good but it seems that we were trapped by the activity of this restaurant.
When we visited this restaurant last month, the staff persuaded us to join their deposit activity which was how much we spend on this meal we could deposit a double in the system of this restaurant. Then when we visit next time, we need not pay for that. We spent about $100 for the first meal, so we needed to deposit $200 cash in their system. Then, we could use this amount in our future visit and the first time dinner would be free. However, when we visited this restaurant again today, and expected to pay with our deposit. Sadly, the staff told us that their system did not work and we could not use the money we deposited in the system. There was no second plan from this restaurant, but we must pay the full price of this meal. No compensation or discount was offered. We regretted to join this activity as it seemed not reliable and we were really upset today. It seems that we are scammed and forced to visit this restaurant again and again. The system is so unreliable. Hope that we can used those deposit amounts next time. We do not wanna join this kind of activity again!
It has amazing delicious food! The salmon has was crispy on the outside and very flavourful. Service was amazing and felt very welcoming.
Amazing service, great sushi and kaarage! Excellent ambiance, and great people!
The service at this restaurant is absolutely horrible. This wasn’t just one incident throughout our stay. It was several. We got here at 2:50 PM. My wife asked if they serve bento boxes and the girl stated that there is no bento boxes after 3 PM so my wife decided to rush order the boxes before 3 PM. The servant said it was fine until we asked to change a few items on the bento boxes because my wife and kids don’t eat raw fish we had asked them to switch everything vegetarian. She said it wasn’t possible making it seem like we were on a budget. I was willing to pay more even though I was downgrading the food that came in the bento box. My kids ended up throwing out 80% of the box because they couldn’t eat what was on it. The biggest flaw today was we specifically told her that my son is highly allergic to all nuts, including sesame when she brought the bento box There were sesame seeds on all the boxes she thought we had said allergies to sashimi now “who’s allergic to sashimi “ never heard and how do you go from Hearing Sesame to sashimi . If I hadn’t noticed the seeds all over the box, my son would’ve been in the hospital today. The next flaw was I specifically ordered lobster tempura. She brought shrimp tempura and made it seem like I mispronounced , when she specifically told me that the lobster tempura comes with four pieces of vegetable tempura. The next flaw is the food came in intervals of 20 to 25 minutes so I was waiting for my main course while everybody else was already done. This is the lady with the brownish reddish hair that was serving. it’s unfortunate because the food is decent except the service is horrible. I have never been to a Japanese restaurant where you cannot customize what you are ordering specially when you have people in this world with dietary problems and allergic issues, I will not recommend anyone to come to this restaurant. Specially, if you have people with special needs and allergies.
The warm and friendly staff at Fujisan restaurant provided attentive service. I had the Berkshire pork Bento for lunch. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning.

Everything is very cool and I love the wasabi ice cream!
I feel tricked by all the good reviews. The food quality is mediocre overall except the tempura. Presentation was nice except the poor knifework on the salmon sashimi. Service was hard to get ahold of in an empty restaurant and didn't refill the water once.
I don’t think their sashimi is fresh at all. Had diarrhea and felt very sick after eating their sashimi don.
Sashimi is really good.

First time here, and the owner’s recommendations were spot on! The butterfly pea flower tea was super tasty and looks amazing. The wasabi ice cream is definitely worth a try. I’ll be back for sure
The best sushi I have ever eaten!
The food was actually fairly tasty but dishes were very hit or miss. Servers brought us the wrong dish and their menu was very confusing. The cheesecake was the cheap store bought kind and was actually served to us frozen.
Food is good. Especially the fly sky ramen. Just a little bit pricey but overall not bad.
Delicious food, friendly service, overall great vibes!
