It’s been years since I have been here but it tasted as I expected. I finally learned on the lunch bento’s you can swap out rice for more glass noodles! Our order somehow slipped through, and they noticed and brought us a plate of tempura to hold us over.

lovely family friendly atmosphere. fresh sushi and great Korean food. they allowed us to bring a cake a celebrate our mom's birthday. they even moved us to a booth without us asking.

Sashimi was fresh, sushi was fairly standard. Our party ordered a gamjatang and a bulgogi. Bulgogi was “boiled” and meat was tough. The gamjatang was okay, but the meat tasted almost like ham(?), which is unlike gamjatang I’ve had at other restaurants.

We have been a regular customer at Gal's Sushi for many years. The food is always top notch and prompt service. We usually order the Lunch special Bento Box and an extra Maki Rolls. I highly recommend Gal's Sushi if you're in the area.

I have been going to Gal Sushi for over 10 years and they are still my go to spot for sushi in Markham. The quality of sushi is great, fresh and consistent, especially for the price you pay for. Their sashimi is fresh and their rolls are tasty. The service is great as well. Highly recommend! I’ve brought all my friends and family here to dine and will continue to do so.

It’s been a long time since I came here last time. The special maki rolls are still as good as I remembered. Just to make sure you get a good mix of them because some of the maki rolls are very sauce heavy.
