sashimi was fresh, could more vinegar in rice to add more flavour, glass noodles texture was ok but needed more seasoning, crab rolls and sweet potato would be my two fav, yet couldn’t ask for more at this price so i’ll give 5 stars

Amazing sushi and kind staff! Parking was hard to find but they have a sign inside saying P1 and P2 has customer parking available! Also a parking lot across the street at the Hilton with reasonably priced parking ~$4.50 an hr

I rate this 4.5 stars out of 5. The food was on point and the serving size were sufficient. The bento boxes came with the main item, glass noodles, sweet potatoes and roll. We miss the side salad that they used to provide.
We ordered the bento boxes of chicken teriyaki box, roll box, tempura box and salmon box. All were flavorful and definitely enough for a person.
The service was good and the servers were always nice to us. The interior design was nice but there are already a good number of new restaurants which have fresh modern design atmosphere. They should consider updating their interior.
Overall, the food was excellent, service was great and atmosphere was good. Since we always come back to this restaurant, we will definitely be back.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Tiffany and Lucy, two of the sweetest waitresses at Gal's Sushi.
My family hasn't had a chance to visit Gal's Sushi in person for a while, but upon coming back for the first time in ages - Lucy and Tiffany immediately recognized my family and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
Really appreciate their kindness and hope Gal's Sushi, Tiffany and Lucy continue to thrive.

It was kind of a disappointment at this restaurant as I went here for my birthday. I was expecting just a nice little sushi restaurant, but our waiter was a little rude to us after we asked if there was any uni. The atmosphere was okay, but the food kind of tasted like plastic and the service was bleh
