The Hainanese chicken rice here is definitely among the top three. The milk tea is good too, and the prices are reasonable.

Tight congested, refused to give us sharing bowls, doesn’t have tea or water to serve while eating? Charge 30 cents per take out box if you can’t finish your food and wanna take it home. Honestly not that big of a problem anyways, since the portions are pretty small. Food itself is pretty good tho.

Tight seating inside but the Hainanese chicken and curry beef brisket are the best, and their milk tea is great. Arrive early/before they open to get in line.
Dinner set is merely $10-12–need to wait for a while to get a seat but it is worth waiting
curry brisket rice and hei nam chicken rice are very good
Great food with one of the cheapest price in Markham👍
Love their Hainan chicken rice, but expect a wait!
The food is 75/100. There is a huge gap between the portion size and the price. . It's a small place and you usually have to wait for a table. It's best to go early in the morning or after 2 o'clock when there's a heavy snowstorm. 😂

Small cafe so space is limited but service is fast and quick turnover. Food is very reasonably priced and portions are big.

I've been to this cafe a few times and food was always good except for today. I'm giving it 4 stars because, most of the time they do really well. I used to love their Hainanese chicken rice dish but today it seems like there's less chicken and it just looks kinda sad. One staff member (older auntie) was honestly so rude. I've seen my fair share of Cantonese servers, she takes the cake. The other staff member (younger woman) was super nice, which is why I didn't want to leave this review with less stars.
One of the dishes we ordered took super long, and when we asked about it, the older woman just said it's steaming and stormed off. After a long time, it still never came, and their excuse was it takes 20 min. It was 20 min....anyways we said no need, cancel order...like c'mon (we know you forgot).
I really think this place has potential and one off day is fine. But that auntie's attitude needs to change. My parents will not come back, but I'm happy to order takeout. Hope there's improvement in the future.

This a little small restaurant with always line up. It opens at 11 am and people are already lining up at 10:50am.
My go to is the hainanese chicken with is highly recommended, the chicken is very juicy and the rice is very fragrant. I had a pineapple bun with butter which was also very fragrant and delicious. The pork and chicken with black pepper sauce was average but the portions and price for all the items are very reasonable.
The milk tea is average, I think the selling item at this restaurant is the hainanese chicken.
