The meats are pretty thin, those cheapest frozen grade, otherwise everything else is OK

The concept of shopping for your food was really cool! The service was really good, the waitresses were all very kind and helpful, we got a wagyu cake for our friend and they helped us surprise him with putting our print outs we brought on it and singing happy birthday! The food was good and everything was packaged well. The veggies were clean too compared to other hotpot places I have been! I would come back here again!

We come to try the new concept of hot pot. However, feel like nothing much different, but we have to selfserve our food and pay 43.99$ for ayce and soup base which is not cheaper than other full-service hot pot restaurant. Soup base is not really outstanding, we tried tom yum, pork bone and fish soup base and tell you do not pay extra 3$ to get fish soup base, it’s tasteless and pretty plain.

Had an amazing experience at this AYCE hotpot restaurant! I picked the tomato soup base, and it was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet or sour. It paired so well with all the seafood and veggies.
They have an impressive selection of seafood including lobster, abalone, fish, shrimp, and fish maw, all fresh and good quality. There’s also a wide variety of vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu, so it’s easy to build your perfect hotpot combo.
On top of that, they offer sushi and sashimi, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotpot place. The sushi was fresh and nicely presented — definitely above average for AYCE.
Service was quick and friendly, and food came out fast even when it was busy. Overall, it’s a great spot if you love seafood hotpot and want to enjoy both hotpot and sushi in one place. Highly recommend! 🍲🦞🍣

Over priced for such limited options and pretty expensive $40 each. The worst part is the service fees (tips) were mandatory while there’s no any good services at all! Won’t go back! Not recommended!

It was an average experience. The concept, while interesting, ends up being a bit annoying to have to get up for additional food. There's a lot of waste in using plastic containers for packaging each portion and the sauce station didn't feel very sanitary. Found a few hairs in the open containers of vegetables. And floors felt slippery.

Soup base was good, but the service was real bad. We were seated at 630 but no one came to explained or took our soup orders until 715.

Salmon, sweet shrimp and chicken are stinky, it’s really bad and some of us throw up and have diarrhea. we’ve been waiting for an hour to wait for their response, They look nice but once we told
them there is something wrong they start ignoring us. Force of 15% tips are added after the incident.
