Convenience location in the plaza after shopping. Big Taiwanese restaruant and very clean. A good place to relax with a cup of tea and Taiwan snack.

Just a heads up that this is not a Green Grotto location! It’s a sit down restaurant that serves the green grotto drinks. You gotta go to Sauga for the last real location.

I remember that before the epidemic, I often ate the taro-flavored soufflé toast from this restaurant. But it is no longer available for sale now. I would like to ask if you can give me the recipe. I really, really, really want to eat it! ! ! ????? Begging for the recipe! ?? Or does anyone know where I can still buy it?

The dishes are unique, the ingredients are high-quality, the portions are small, and the prices are reasonable. The roasted milk tea is good. The environment is more unique than ordinary hotels. No vacations at all, great service spirit. Highly recommended.

How misleading and how disappointing.. Green Grotto was one of the original Taiwanese bubble tea and snack shops in the GTA - still marked as such on Google. So we drove all the way up just to learn it has been bought by another Taiwanese chain and now is more of a dining/sit-down place. The guy was trying to “explain” this to me (i.e. how they still use the Green Grotto marketing and everything, as well as how GG applies to the drinks they serve?) but it was frankly misleading and this is misleading at best - pretty upset with the time wasted driving all the way up, should have heeded the 3.9 review lol..

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and I must say, the food was incredibly delicious. The service was impeccable, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and efficient. Not to mention, their Passion fruit green tea was simply outstanding. Overall, it was a delightful experience with flavorsome food, top-notch service, and an excellent beverage selection.

The bubble tea does not stand out among the throng of alternatives in Toronto. In fact, the cost is not justified by the quality and size.

It was very delicious and the service was quick. Very reasonably priced for the quality and portion. Very close to authentic taste.

This is my cousin's wife's favorite restaurant in Toronto, I can see why. I'm not Taiwanese but my parents live next to a Taiwanese restaurant and we go there often. This place is top notch. Everything we ordered was great. Even a simple dish like the lard over rice has just the right flavor. The noodle is so tender and just goes so well with the other ingredients. The kids love the fried chicken. It was so good that we ordered a second round of food. I really want to try everything on the menu. As you can see in the pictures, the presentation is simple but excellent. Ordering is very simple, there's a piece of paper you check off what you want and how many and then it's done. The service is also excellent.

Came here for quick lunch not expecting anything special. Got the three cup chicken and bowl of mince meat rice and was pleased with fresh ingredients used. Fresh basil in the chicken dish wash a nice touch that prompted me wanting to try their other dishes. Will come back for sure.

Super cute place to chill and catch up with friends. They make it easy to keep ordering over time. I love the tripleberry slush, chocolate hazelnut drink (the one with a ferrero rocher on top) and their kumquat lemon and sugarcane drink options (when available).Only qualm is that it can be a bit pricey for what you get. Also, the snacks are a bit more of a mixed bag -- e.g., wasn't a fan of this pistachio brick toast (the pistachio cream, which was kind of like nutella, was WAY too dense on top of already dense toast). Also, I miss how they used to offer free popcorn (a COVID casualty).
