Went there a couple of weeks ago and Ryan was very polite, patient and helpful. The food was amazing! Also a good and reasonable price.

Apart from the wait time for a table (1.5 hours and no reservations taken), the service, variety in the menu and taste were great. Our server Jalen was attentive and was quick to follow up on any requests. Definitely worth the price with cuts like prime Kalbi, marinated lamb, hanger steak and our favourite, the garlic marinated brisket.

A well-known all-you-can-eat BBQ restaurant with delicious food.

Please do not come to this place.Right after my friends and I finished dinner we went to the bathroom and an employee had just finished using the toilet. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. She went directly back to work after that. This employee is directly handling our food and spreading the bacteria. Her lack of hygiene could make so many guests sick and they wouldn’t even know why. It is imperative that a sign be put up in the bathroom and all over the restaurant that mandates all employees to practice BASIC hygiene. The actions of this woman are a reflection of this restaurant and how they are collectively breaking basic health code regulations and putting customers at risk every single day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Mike is the best server here. They are all great but Mike's attention to speed of service and quality is unbelievable. The food here is fantastic and the cuts and selection of meat are great. Unlimited creme Brule for desert is insane! 10/10 recommend this place over any kbbq ever to exist.

It's a big restaurants, very fancy. Each dining table is separated by partitions to form a private, separate area. Perfect for dating. I like it very much, including the service is very warm. I have tried 2 other restaurants in downtown, but they are very mediocre! This restaurants in Markham is really nice!

Update 11/24: still great food, love the new additions to the menu. I wish they had a better system for reservations and a bit more spacious.

Food is delicious and so are the drinks! Try the lychee mojito! I have been trying to come here for a while but the wait time is so insane, the first time I visited it was 90 mins and I've been told can go as high as 3hrs. I wouldn't wait 90 mins for a table but if you have a group of 6 or more you can make reservations which is better or go off peak times if you have a day off. The selection and quality of meat is great and I love that it's not drenched in sugar marinades like Korean style bbq. Definitely a great place to eat with friends.

Excellent food. they just need to be more transparent on their policies on all you can eat. They rush you out right on two hour limit even if there is no one waiting for table
