Make sure to order the Tom Yum broth for cooking the seafood. As other reviewers have noted, you get a discount if you are in and out in 1-1/2 hours. It was my first time there but not the first time for the people we were with. We all had trouble inputting our order on the tablet so we missed the discount due to all the time spent having to call the staff for help. We probably ordered too much, but did basically finish it. Having the staff guide us as to an appropriate amount of food would have been helpful Everything was fresh and clean. At the table there are pullout drawers with fresh plates and chopsticks that you take out whenever you need to. Great idea. Will definitely come back. Staff are nice and they did acknowledge the birthday that was being celebrated

Had a great time dining here! The broth was flavorful, ingredients were fresh, and the service was friendly. The sauce bar was a fun touch. It got a bit crowded during peak hours, but overall the experience was excellent. I'll definitely be coming back with friends again soon!

We always have a great time at Haidilao! We came here for an early birthday celebration. We're vegan and vegetarian and there are a lot of great options for us. The service was also amazing, we had Joe and Sunny and they took great care of us!

Food is great and that goes without saying. What makes them stand out is attention to every small detail of the overall experience. Starting from very friendly and cooperative hosts, to the amenities provided, all makes one feel very welcome. Would recommend strongly to everyone.

My favourite hot pot restaurant! Delicious food. My favourite soup bases are the tomato and Szechuan tallow with the added numbness. The food is very fresh and I love the self serve sauce station.

Overall, great experience!!! we went for my birthday and my daughter’s birthday and we loved everything about it. We were very excited to return to hai di Lao for our birthday and we were not disappointed!! The manage to accommodate our table of 12 people and put us in the centre so that we could watch the changing face dancing Mann at 7 PM and then we also ordered a few servings of the signature noodles so that we can get the dancing noodle man. The food is great. Everything is great. Overall highly recommended would wanna come back ASAP!!!!! don’t forget to get your nails done and also to use a secret code to get some free buns and soup bases when you go there!!

Always a great experience here. I come with my baby and they always give her a little toy to keep her occupied. Am always pleased with the service! Would definitely recommend!
