Derek helped us when we got there as this was our first time. Made the experience so much smoother and better. We loved the food and the kids loved the experience. Derek was very attentive and looked after is really well. We will absolutely go back!!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao today.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The tomato soup bases were rich and delicious, and there was a great variety of ingredients to choose from.
I’d especially like to compliment our server -Heyson, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect, patiently explained the menu, and checked in on us at the right times without being intrusive. Their warm attitude really made our experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you for the excellent service and amazing food. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves hotpot!

Exceptional service, which I do not say lightly. I hung my jacket at the back of my chair and they immediately gave me a cover to protect it.

They saw my 1yr old son and immediately gave him a toy for him to play with while waiting for food.

We saw a changing-face performance, a noodle dance, and they even gave birthday paintings for my son for us to take pictures with as a backdrop when we told them it was his birthday.

The most considerate and joyful hotpot experience I’ve had in Toronto - special shoutout to our server Vivian!

- Free manicures, shoe shining, and entertainment (like noodle-dancing performances) while waiting. Unfortunately we didnt see these services at this locaction except the noodle dancing performance

- Attentive staff who often go above and beyond to personalize the experience (e.g.,packing up all the left over with nice boxes and special gift to us).

2. **Customizable Broths & Ingredients**:
- Offers a variety of soup bases (e.g., spicy Sichuan, tomato, mushroom, or split-pot options for different flavors).
- Fresh, high-quality meats, seafood, vegetables, and house-made sauces.

We are group of 5 and had 4 types of brothed and the extra one can take it to go.

3. **Interactive Dining**:
- DIY sauce bar with dozens of condiments and DIY desserts.

Especially with $20 lunch combo promotion,it offer excellent value for the money.

This is my second time dining at this buffet promotion, and each visit has been worse than the last! Right after I got home from this meal, I started having diarrhea. The meat was obviously stale and tasted off, which is totally not worth the price. I’d strongly advise everyone not to try this buffet

Started off the New Year's right and came here for a very late dinner. Food was so yummy. I love how they had a kids menu. My youngest is extremely picky and I was a little worried. We could barely walk when I left, We ate so much. We had Vianna and Edith as our servers. They were very attentive and gave us amazing service. Honestly, anytime I come back I will be asking to be seated where they are. However, everybody there who we encountered was super friendly. Even when we were leaving, they wished us a Happy New Year's.
