Had a great dining experience at HaiDiLao! The food was delicious with a wide selection of ingredients and broths to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The server was friendly and attentive at the beginning, though understandably less present later on due to how busy it was. They also ran out of one item my wife wanted to eat but otherwise everything else was in stock. One highlight was the dessert bar — lots of fun options including jellies and popping bubbles, which added a sweet touch to the meal. We also appreciated the 10% discount offered for finishing within 90 minutes, a nice incentive given the high demand. The only downside was the noise level — it was quite loud, making it hard to chat without raising our voices. Still, overall a good experience and we'd definitely come back!

This has easily become my FAV place for hot pot!!! The food is consistently good & the quality is high. My parents who are generally very critical on food taste & quality agree that it is done well here. My hubby who used to hate hot pot now loves it after his visit here.

The service is top notch. There are special touches here such as aprons we can wear. This is good for me since I always end up splashing broth/food all over. They also give you baskets to put certain food items in so it doesn't get lost in the pot. Hair ties to keep your hair out of the way. They also do free manicures Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. onwards but can't recall what time the lady there says it ends.

The ambiance is great here! High ceilings, bright and very spacious!

They also have secret codes you can tell them for free items.

Our experience was amazing! Jenny our host was amazing and the noodle dance and birthday songs was a very special treat. The mushroom broth was our fav and the beef premium. They treated us like royalty and service was the best I have had in any restaurant ❤️. Will come back again next time we are in Ontario.
