This is a really gem of a small takeout place. I had been recommended this place by a friend for a long time, but the moment I saw the finished tray, I had a feeling it would be really delicious even before eating it. After paying, I received a bag containing the sushi tray from the staff. As I turned to leave, the friendly staff kindly reminded me to hold the bottom of the tray so that the sushi would stand up straight without tipping over. When I got home and opened Large sushi & roll combo tray, I couldn't help but exclaim. It was so clean and the chef's sincerity was evident in the neat arrangement of the fish, each presentation, and the freshness of the fish and the taste. I could definitely feel that they really care about the customers who visit this place. Even sushi takeout was an elegant experience. I definitely recommend it.

This is my go-to sushi place. The food is always so fresh, and you can taste the difference. It is family owned, and the owners are very nice. The sushi is a good representation of high quality food. Would definitely recommend!

HANKI very much @hankisushi Love this sushi joint in markham east. Let's be honest, there isn't much selection or go to places for some fresh sushi and sashimi party tray. Glad there is this gem to serve the residence of markham east area. Ordered a large (can't remember exact pieces). Price is definitely fair for it's quality of fish. Will definitely re-visit

The owners of this place are the kindest people ever, and the sushi is always fresh and tasty! Great local spot in Boxgrove, definitely recommend.
One of my favourite places to get sushi, a hidden gem. It’s a takeout only and staff there are always very nice and polite. I recently just tried the salmon lover set, My mom and I FELL IN LOVE with it. Their sushi is always so fresh and there was so much flavour in their Aburi sushi. Definitely an underrated sushi place that deserves more love. ❤️

I discovered this sushi place three months ago, shortly after my son was born, and I’ve enjoyed their sushi about 9-10 times since then because it’s always been great. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I found a hair in my food, which was really disappointing. This has made me question the hygiene standards of the restaurant, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.
