This location has excellent service and consistency. Always enjoy their burgers. The staff ate great, my last couple visits have been late in the night and I find the burgers to be really fresh and great. Definitely worth the value!

Driving thru and happened to drop into this Harveys late night. Food was fresh and piping. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Place is very clean and one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen. Way to go! Keep it up! Will be back!

Very disappointed in this location in Markham Road. Normally i use this Harvey's location or the one in Markville Mall because theyre both close to home. Last month i ordered take out, 3 burgers and 3 poutine with drinks, and both the fries and patties were undercooked. I don't know if it was a new employee or something but this location may need a visit and observations from corporate management...i think ill just be going to the Markville Mall location from now on...very disappointing

Haven't been to Harveys in a while, so I did not know what to expect. However, I was pleased with how friendly everyone was, and the food was amazing too. I would like to give a shoutout to Brandon, who was absolutely amazing and made sure I had an amazing experience. Could not recommend enough!

I ordered a burger through the app, but the order was not followed correctly. I asked for 4 pickles but only received one, and the wrong sauce was added. I mentioned this to the cashier when I picked up my order, but instead of apologizing, the cashier argued with me. I found the experience disappointing.

The worst experience: when I used a coupon to order my combo, a rude Chinese lady raised her voice at me just because I used a coupon and asked for extra tomatoes. I’m never going back.
