1. Grill man using his phone while touching the bread with same hand a health safety concern. 2. Return the fries immediately upon receiving it because they were all small pieces, they then gave me back fries that were re-cooked because it was full of oil. I am someone with 20 years of restaurant management. 3. They didn't give me the gravy I ordered with my meal, I didn't end up asking for it because I finished my sandwich and threw out the fries!

The employees are very nice to me, they treat you with respect and listen well. The food is amazing and great in taste, many variety to choose from. The pricing is great as well, where else can you get 2 burgers for 5$? Also free refills for soda! great place overall!! Highly recommend.

Suganiya is the best Harvey’s employee I have had the pleasure of meeting. Her smile, infectious giggle, efficiency, and memory of my orders is tops. She works hard. She works long hours. She doesn’t complain. A model employee.
Parking: No issues. It’s located in a strip plaza with ample parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: It meets with the Building Code active at the time of construction.
I went through the drive through for a chicken sandwich. There was no line up in the drive thru, no line up inside and I was told to park up and someone would bring my order. I had to wait 15 mins for a simple sandwich

Last night my daughter about 920 pm ordered on line one veggie burger, onions rings and Pepsi zero. About 930 we went there , restaurant dining was closed so we picked up, Started eating in parking lot. It was so shocking onions rings were stale soaked in oil and cold Burger patty was overcooked and burnt. We felt liking cheated, my mood was spoiled . It is not unacceptable. We threw the food . Waste of money and food. Refund our money and apology .
There is an Indian woman who is very rude, I noticed when I return an iced drink to the machine and it is the only store that wants to charge you for a sauce.
