Nice environment, great latte and was able to stock up on my favourite bean as well. Today is Nov 29 and it was toasted Nov 25 which is very good in my opinion. $22.00 for the bag.
There are some areas to sit but go early Saturday to grab a table. There is also a workshop area in the back with classes occurring and it’s neat to watch while awaiting your coffee.
It’s located in an industrial type area in Markham. Lots of parking on site.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Hatch for a long time, but the drink quality has been declining over the past two years. Today’s Red Lotus Latte was honestly the worst I’ve ever had there. It’s really disappointing to see such a great coffee shop lose the consistency and quality it was once known for.
It is a 10/10! It really doesn't get any better. Perfectly extracted espresso with floral, fruity and sweet notes distinctive from an Ethiopian coffee. The pour over is a must try too! It is very smooth but yet flavorful.
This place is a real coffee experience, they make perfect, real coffee.

This place is a coffee roaster as well, so I figured their coffee would be amazing. One of the best iced lattes I’ve had. You get to pick between two espresso bean options which was cool as well, and they had a large selection of coffee beans to purchase. There was also a seating area which was great! Will definitely be returning 🙌🏻
Super nice vibe! It’s really cool you can see their roasting area from the main area and their open concept makes it very aesthetic. Went for an event and the staff were friendly and helpful. We tried their Starlight beans as a lactose-free cortado and it was uniquely vibrant; one of the better lactose-free espressos I’ve had.
Space is a little sterile, but I think that's the vibe it's going for. Coffee was good, which is what matters!
