Really good experience. Staff is very friendly and buns are awesome! Not too sweet, but creamy and fluffy. Each bun is individually packed.

I got 6 flavors, its soft with alot of custard in the middle, it's not sweet so all age can have. What I didn't like is, it didn't have much flavors, they all taste the same. For example. The orange one did not taste like orange, chocolate did not have much chocolate flavor.

I ordered 12 buns through a delivery app hoping to gift them as a thank you treat only to find they no longer (or just didn’t for me) used a box packaging and just a plain paper bag. On top of this, it appears they spent absolutely no time or care packaging the product causing each bun to deform by being crushed and its contents spilling out all over each other (unsure how much was the shops fault and how much was the drivers) I was unable to even salvage one and tossed the entire bag away, leaving me empty handed (again, these were supposed to be a treat)
I did however receive a a few phone calls that I was unable to pick up and refund (photo evidence provided to the store through the app) so I do commend them for trying to do the right thing. In my opinion, the quality of this establishment fell off a cliff.

Visited the bakery at 4pm on a Sunday, with their closing time at 8pm, and was disappointed to find they were mostly sold out. The selection was extremely limited, with only 1 red bean, 4 yuzu, and a few chocolate buns available. No original flavor, seasonal strawberry, or melon buns in sight. The online system was misleading, showing all flavors as available before I made the drive, which was frustrating. Should they not make more if stock is running out and still a while from closing?
The online platform still charges HST on a purchase of 6 or more items, which should be tax-exempt. While I understand arriving closer to closing might limit options, the poor selection and inaccurate online system is disappointing. I hope they improve inventory management and online accuracy in the future.
At least the buns are still tasty..

Went for the buns but loved the pudding even more! Matcha bun was deslish. Caramel pudding presents beautifully, in a decorative glass jar - tied with a string bow. YUM :)
