Staff is more concerned with talking to each other than helping customers. We waited in front of the display case as two employees on the other side chatted among themselves. When one finally noticed us and started ordering, the other kept interrupting us to continue their previous conversation, which wasn’t work related.
Its new products are very delicious, their drinks are also very good, the staff are very polite and efficient
It’s a new find in Markville Mall. Treat for those with a sweet tooth (but the sweet is so subtle and not satiating).. we got the walnut pistachio brio and the strawberry stick.. so well made .. another pleasant surprise was the sampling they had .. pricing was reasonable when compared to any downtown pastry places .. lots of variety .. give it a try if you happen to be in Markville
I don’t like the limited dessert options in the middle of the day but they were friendly and they don’t cross contaminate with the meat and desserts at the back they say I’m not sure though so I won’t be back but it seems good for other people , have a separate display for savory and sweet and I don’t like how they serve pork so I won’t come back but they were nice to small kids
If you love garlic the garlic crossisant is it
The staff closes half an hour before the listed hours and shows attitude. Wouldn't recommend.
Not very good and expensive
Have always loved the hazukido croissants, but was very disappointed with the experience today because of their drink. Ordered a bubble tea. Boba was hard & not fresh and the cup was filled 3/4 with ice. Could’ve done better for a premium brand.
Clean, fresh premium quality n friendly staff!

Hazukido used to have good bubble tea but now their tea is water downed and their pearls are unevensized, tasteless and clumped together. So bad.
Then croissants are nice but not as good as when they first opened.

The service is good, but that doesn't cover the mediocre products priced at a premium. I visited in the morning when the croissants were freshly baked, supposedly at their best. However, they tasted no better than warming up a batch of Costco croissants at home. Aside from the plain croissant, the others were noticeably small. The only standout feature is the fancy packaging.

I feel like Hazukido should train their staff better: speak louder, confirm the order, and make sure they know how to make their tea. I was ordering one regular coffee milk tea no ice no sugar and one jasmine milk tea no ice no sugar with extra bubble, but they added ice to the warm one until I stopped and remind them in time. Later, they added the extra bubble to the coffee milk tea which originally has bubble inside already… They prefer arguing with me when I get my wrong order rather than redoing them… I was the only customer in there at that moment. This is the worst tea I have ever had and the service doesn’t deserve $12.56. I don’t wanna give shit to that green hand staff but the manager and the owner of this tea shop should train their staff properly. The croissants smell good but please don’t order any drink in here. The jasmine tea taster even more bitter than coffee. Amazing!

The employees are friendly, kind, helpful, and amazing at this location. They're always smiling and welcoming. Plus, they don't mind going the extra mile for an order.
The hazelnut, chocolate croissants, and chocolate croffles are the best! A must try every time! 🤗🤗🤗

The croissants are delicious, but the MVP is Jeremy, who demonstrates extraordinary service. They were making batches of croissants and we asked if they were making the blueberry cheesecake - he made it for us! He also took the time to pick and wash the blueberries very thoroughly, and when the machine to put the plastic lid wasn’t working, he tried 3 times patiently to get it to work. Super patient, super friendly - hard to find people who care so much about their work nowadays!
