Not gonna lie, i received the most nastiest burger from here… the burger had no flavour and i also ordered their chicken sandwich, flavourless!!! Ill say their fries were good and the experience at the establishment wasn’t bad or anything but for a burger place it was definitely very disappointing.

I just asked the server about the time left for my order as I waited double the time he asked me (and they had no one to serve other than 3 of us). He walked out of the kitchen and almost punched me lol.. and when I said is that how you talk to your customers? He said you want to give a bad review? Go ahead and do it , I don't care. It was funny , I never write reviews but he reminded me of doing one 🤣 . I said yeah you don't care ofcourse but your manager/owner might not be motivating you to do all this drama behind his back. Pathetic experience.

I got the signature burger combo. The quality of the meat and fries was excellent.
I noticed they had Barq's root beer and I haven't had Barq's for a loooooooong time.
This place is a plus+ rating for me and I highly recommend.
*First time trying Hero Certified Burger and was surprised how good it was.

Burger tasted great! I really liked how they offered different oz for the meat as someone who doesn't eat much. The ice cream I ordered had milk curds in it which I wasn't a big fan of but it shows that it uses real milk
The best burger in the town!!! You guys should give it a shot here. Especially their spicy chicken jalapeño burger 🍔🫶🏻 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It was busy and the cashier took orders with gloves on. Used those gloves to take raw burger patties out. Did not change gloves and toasted bread. Used those same gloves for toppings.
I get that there's a rush but it only takes a few seconds to change your gloves.
