Food is good and fresh, cooked to order, but the service is definitely lacking. And by the way I see the owners responding to some of these comments with no accountability, I can see why the staff here also lack customer service skills… yikes.

Tried to save some time on my way home from work by placing an online order, but online ordering not available for this location. Placed my order in store instead but unfortunately one of the items I wanted (Nashville fries) they said they didn’t have a button for on the terminal. After some unproductive problem solving on their end, I suggested charging me for regular fries but cooking the Nashville fries instead which are both the same price, and this suggested came like some sort of revelation to them.

Another thing to mention, the young man at the counter had his AirPod in and cellphone out the whole time while taking my order, which is totally unprofessional.

Tried Hero Burgers in Markham, Ontario recently. Honestly, not what I expected. The burger itself was underwhelming, definitely not worth the money I paid last month to sit and watch that presentation, only to end up here later. The fries didn’t have much flavor, I’d rate it below a 4. Fries were too dry as well, which didn’t help. Overall, I was hoping for better quality for the price. Just one staff serving

The customer service at this restaurant is truly outstanding. My dad was supposed to order a plain burger for my son, but due to his limited English, he accidentally ordered just a plain patty instead. I called the store and went back to get the bun (lol). The two Chinese staff members apologized, even though it really wasn’t their fault. They even offered me fries and a drink for having to make the extra trip, but I didn’t accept because it honestly wasn’t their mistake. I truly appreciate their generosity, patience, and thoughtfulness.

I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and the quality is up to par with what you pay for. The owners Jimmy and Anna are always so respectful and loving towards customers and will provide the best service and food quality. I ordered the action hero burger combo and it is by far one of my favorite burgers in the area. This Hero Burger location is a must go if you want quality service and food!

The restaurant is spacious. They provided special meal deals that are only available in this store but not at the other Hero Burgers stores. The bread is soft and the patty is juicy. I will come to this store more often for sure.

One of the best hero burger locations. The food is cooked well and fresh (that means give it 10-15mins to prepare), the people that work here are super nice too, not sure if they’re new owners but great experience overall.
