Tried Hero Burgers in Markham, Ontario recently. Honestly, not what I expected. The burger itself was underwhelming, definitely not worth the money I paid last month to sit and watch that presentation, only to end up here later. The fries didn’t have much flavor, I’d rate it below a 4. Fries were too dry as well, which didn’t help. Overall, I was hoping for better quality for the price. Just one staff serving
The customer service at this restaurant is truly outstanding. My dad was supposed to order a plain burger for my son, but due to his limited English, he accidentally ordered just a plain patty instead. I called the store and went back to get the bun (lol). The two Chinese staff members apologized, even though it really wasn’t their fault. They even offered me fries and a drink for having to make the extra trip, but I didn’t accept because it honestly wasn’t their mistake....
I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and the quality is up to par with what you pay for. The owners Jimmy and Anna are always so respectful and loving towards customers and will provide the best service and food quality. I ordered the action hero burger combo and it is by far one of my favorite burgers in the area. This Hero Burger location is a must go if you want quality service and food!
