Hey Noodles is my favourite noodle place. Seriously, I could go every weekend. I get the Salty Crispy Chicken noodles every time, and I have never once been disappointed. My husband usually gets the beef brisket and he loves it. Plus you can get as many orders of egg noodles as you want as long as you still have broth!
The soup was still not hot, not delicious and expensive.

My colleagues and I got the noodles in different variations. My vegan colleague said the actual noodles were great, but the broth was just a bowl of oil. He was not happy with his meal to say the least. But the peanut butter noodles and the Szechuan noodles were great. If I was in the area and the mood for noodles, I would come back otherwise I will probably try another place.

When I’m hungry I go to hey noodles for the free noodle refills and eat until there’s no more soup left to flavor my noodles ? Good value if you do that to get full but lots of carbs. The noodles taste good, my favorite is the tomato beef.
I’ve been here many times now and the food has always exceeded my expectations. I usually get the pork belly but decided to try the brisket and WOW. I have a new favourite! The broth and the way the brisket was cooked… 10/10!
Service here is so so - nice people but you usually have to call down a waiter.

Szechuan beef brisket noodle was what I ordered for lunch. The broth was not thick from what I expected. Good amount of meat and toppings, including peanuts. If you are allergic to peanuts, make sure to flag it to the server!

We've lived in Markham for a decade now and have tried many noodle places and this, hands down is the best the whole family have tried.
I love spice, and the firey level is spicy and the numbing is brilliant and unique.
Great staff, always, and always surprised the Scottish guy wants the hottest spice they have.
We had the spicy pork, salt crispy chicken and the black fungi with egg noodles.
Cannot fault it.
Go, you will not be disappointed.
