Hey Noodle in FMP is my new goto place for spicy Chonging style noodles. The noodle they serve is authentic Chonging noodles, very bouncy (or el dente) with the right amount of spice. I also like the friendly staff there who are quick to provide service and always helpful.
Wow! Simply this is one of the best noodles soup bowl that i eaten! Came in was greeted and sat at a table. The server asked me if i had any allergies. I took the pork belly with egg noodles mild spice and mild numbing. The broth was so flavourful, there was some peanuts and preserved vegetables. Coriander and green onions to top it off. Explosion of taste and the noodles were a perfect consistency.
