A customer who ordered the same item but placed the order after me got my order as a result.When inquired the staff about my order, the “chef” simply glanced at me and continued making the egglets. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!Another customer was also upset that a customer who arrived later got their food first, especially when she had been waiting for at least 20 minutes.When I finally got my Original egglets, they were COOL, not warm. They weren’t crispy either.Can easily get better quality ones at a lower/same price elsewhere.I WILL NEVER RETURN to HongKong Egglet.

Service is horrendous. Arrived at Thomson Plaza outlet at 2.30pm, only to be told by the staff that she is having her lunch break till 3pm.
Fair enough, workers need rest too.
I came back to the outlet at 3.01pm, only to find the counter unmanned. The staff finally returned at 3.10pm, only for her to say she is not ready to serve and will need another 10 minutes to be ready to even start taking orders.
Obviously, I walked off without an order because I can't wait one hour just for an egglet. Amazing how the chain can survive with sales like this.

Encountered a super rude staff at the star vista outlet on 4 Feb evening. I paid by fave via google a week earlier and got a cashback offer. I told her i would like to redeem the offer this time and she simply said she does not know how to do it. Her attitude was so bad and she cannot speak english. I got so pissed off by her attitude i walked away without buying any. Good luck to the owner who hires a staff like that.

I had the original and egg yolk. As I bit into the warm egg waffle, I was immediately struck by the perfect balance of flavors and textures. The exterior was crispy and golden brown, with a delicate, eggy flavor that was perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the batter. The interior was light and fluffy, with a soft, spongy texture that melted in my mouth. I couldn't help but savor each bite... I highly recommend it.

Today I tried the purple yam filling egglet. Enjoyed it a lot. Friendly service, It was received warm, had crisp exterior and very nice taste and flavour of purple yam with bits of yam flesh and fiber. Moist flavourful yam taste yet not too sweet or over powering. The egg waffle is very well done?? highly recommend. Will be back to try others!
I always walk past this place and it's super busy. Finally tried it and got their bacon chowder cheese flavour. It didn't disappoint! Its fresh and got their hot milk tea which was surprisingly good for a place that specialize in egg waffle. Just prepare to bring cash

Got them from tampines one many times. Egglet quality has dropped so much even though price increased by so much. Egglet are supposed to be crispy but they are now soft and soggy.

I brought set A at jp.. but ur people server me cold original Hong Kong egglet..when I ask for exchange, they blame me I need tell them I want hot want..I also service F&b I service all my cousmer with hot and fresh food..super bad service like they make a lot original Hong Kong egglet than put aside for stand by ????♀️?♀️?♀️After they gave me the new want, never said sorry
