Ordered cheese chicken and korean wings. Both were still raw! One staffed member blamed me and said I was the only one coming back and everyone else ate it. I showed it to all the customers waiting in line since they blamed me and they all left the line after seeing how raw the chicken was lol.

I love their fried chicken, especially the chicken with cheese one and love to pair it with the fried mushroom and sweet potatoes. Price is very good for the size of chicken you get. Not sure why so many bad reviews of this place. Definitely recommend trying this place out if you crave fried chicken

Extremely good fried chicken. Got the original large fried chicken piece and the skin was nice and crispy, the meat was extremely tender. Would recommend if you are in Pacific Mall.

For me it’s big.
Waiting Time for Saturday is 5 mins, so decent.
15 bucks for this size is ok as well.
But too salty and staff is too tired she seems.
Not her problem tho.

I thought the chicken was decent until i noticed almost half of it was bone. Not to mention the dreadful customer service by the cashier!

Seeing the other reviews, this place clearly doesn't care about quality of food or service - and if they carry these standards in the front of the house, i can't imagine how bad it is in the kitchen.

Overall I would NOT reccomend.

ordered a family combo A, told it would be 25-30 min so I said sure, I'll wait. after getting my takeout order, opened it home to find overcooked chicken...first time there, so not sure if it's typically that brown but being an avid fried chicken eat in my opinion it's overcooked

After not eating it for a while, the taste is drastically different... The skin is not crispy at all, there is very little sauce, and there is no taste at all... It is soft and tastes terrible. I will not come back again...

The receptionist had a very bad attitude. She was so shameless. I ordered the original plum chicken steak. I misheard it, so I asked her to sprinkle some powder on it and pay 50 cents for the chicken crow.

The chicken is made fresh and comes out super hot, crispy and crunchy! The girl working the counter was very disinterested in helping customers. Menu is simple, They should just have self service kiosk & save on labor cost. Great food! Good value!
