It’s normal and understandable that the price is expensive, but why are the portions getting smaller and smaller!

Choice of dinner for my family when we don't have time to cook. Fast and the quality is always consistent.

The best Taiwanese food in Toronto!! Whenever we miss Taiwanese food, we definitely will go there. Highly recommended to their popcorn fired chicken bento 鹹酥雞便當!They do offer different types of main dish, one bento will come with three other dishes which you can see and choose from there.Their bento pricing is super affordable and competitive. Please give it a shot if you haven’t tried it.

Salted crispy chicken rice is equally delicious, but the price is getting more and more expensive.

The food is most definitely not the same as before and NOT taiwanese. We got one popcorn chicken rice and one separate popcorn chicken snack. The chicken is not fried with correct flour and most definitely not marinated and not seasoned well. Overall the food is very under seasoned. Hubby tried one bite and spit it out. Feeling sad that one less place to remind me of home in Ontario.

Haven’t had this kind of fried chicken since I left Taiwan. One of the best in Toronto, 10/10

Have been had them for the past a few years, still one of the most affordable place to have your lunch fulfilled, the food quality are pretty consistent over years.

I have been ordered from them at least once per months for the last 20+ years. Unfortunately, I found the food quality has been degraded recently. It‘s getting too salty, more carbohydrates (rice) than veggies (may be due to they changed to paper box), and sand in veggies (at least twice I found in a single month). I hope the cook or owner can read this and rectify the issue and get back to their good quality.

Food is super tasty, portions are very small so the cost is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. There's always line ups but they are fast and efficient.

It was my favourite Taiwanese bento restaurant. Unfortunately, this place is going downhill over the past few years. I tried again last week and was shocked to see portion size becoming so small. Will not come back.

Absolutely shameful portions. The portions were never generous in this place even 5+ years ago, but at least passable. Now? Prices have raised like 3+ times every single year and portions have shrunk to barely half. They are so stingy with portions that no normal guy will feel full after eating here - you literally need to buy two boxes. It’s not even enough food for most ladies. What I found funny and pathetic was the response given by the owner was “they’re trying different takeout boxes” - seriously? Do they think we’re all idiots or something and can’t tell portions are absolutely tiny now?As for the taste - it’s your average food court level food. I’ve never been a fan of this place to start with, but the taste is even worse than before the pandemic.I seriously have no idea why people eat here. Service is absolutely terrible, extremely impatient and rude servers, raising prices literally every other month, while reducing portions with every price increase.

Owner has changed and the overall quality of food, service and atmosphere is no longer as good---very disappointing. Taste is not taiwanese anymore, little details such as meat sauce on rice and complimentary soup/drink is no longer included in the meal purchase. In addition, the dine-in seating has also unfortunately been removed.
