I had been many other HuTaoLi Music Restaurants, this one was the most noisy one. They are all amazing singers, felt like they having personal concerts in a little place with max velum. Me and my friends met up after 21 years, we were chatting a lot, and we couldn’t hear each other. after 10 pm the place will change to DJ music, the sound were pounding and loud, I even could feel my heart beating fast. I don’t like this feeling. After talking about this situation to the waitress, nothing change. We decided to leave the restaurant. If the music turned down a little bit, everything was perfect.

We booked a table for a double birthday party for 12:30PM at noon . The booking system confirmed the booking. We were even asked to confirm the visit several hours prior, which we did . Upon arival there was a sign at the door that the place does not open till 5PM !?!?!?! How is this possible. They not only ruined a double birthday party , but had the audacity to request a review of our visit few hours later. Dear owner- SO you know you are closed, you accept reservation, you ask the guest to confirm visiting, you are closed and you ask for a review. Shame on you!!! If this was to happen to a normal reputable restaurant , we would have been already called with a sincere appology at least... if not something more. Absolutely horible experience!!!

Will never go to this place again. The dishes are becoming more and more unpalatable, not fresh yet, and the prices are extremely expensive! I spent 260 on a few cold dishes and leftovers. On Monday, the big screen was not even turned on, and there was no atmosphere.

Food is good but the DJ is too loud and super boring. We would like to stay a bit longer to taste the food but end up pack home cuz just want to leave hurry.
Really suggest to lower down the volume at least to hear my friend talk in front me... Very disappointed experience.

I've eaten here a few times and the atmosphere is really good. The food is also delicious. The resident singers all have their own characteristics, but overall they are all very good. I just don’t understand why I clicked on something to pick up on your own website. It was the best thing and no one informed me, not even a phone call. The order shows up in preparation. I don’t know why they ignore pick up orders so much. I really have nothing to say after waiting half an hour for two dishes in the middle of winter. I hope it can be improved, okay?

The bill included 18% tip, it was not explained to me, and yet the POS machine asked for another tip on top of that. I ended up tipping twice because of that. It’s common courtesy to tell the customer that a pre-calculated tip is added on a bill.

I didn't answer the phone and called 3 or 4 times intermittently. When I walked in, I saw that it wasn't busy at all and there was no need to wait for a table. Three of us out of six people vomited, not from drinking, but two of us ordered alcohol. Is it because we ate too late and we were given extra toppings? . .

Looked interesting at first, definitely kitschy. Live music was nice (for a bit). Server was nice when we ordered our drinks and when we got the bill, in between we were virtually ignored. Some of the dishes were decent, one chicken dish, if it was chicken, I would steer clear of (Geleshan chicken). I was told it was a nice spot for a date night.... Nah.

After making an online reservation, I received both email and text confirmations. Excited, I drove to the restaurant, and the sign on the door indicated that it was open. However, after waiting for nearly an hour, the restaurant still hadn’t opened. This is truly misleading and shows a complete lack of integrity. I do not recommend going there!

A very unique establishment with fine deco that almost transported you to retro Asia. The place also have live musicians where you can request songs as well. It is 10/10 for special occasions place.
Food is great generally. The skewers are very smokey, tender and delicious. The szechuan chicken and special chicken are all very well seasoned and delicious.
So why 4 stars? The restaurant is severely understaffed. On Saturday night with at least 200 customers across 40 tables or so - there were only 3 serves. They are severely overworked and setup to fail frankly. I feel bad for the staffs…. Nonetheless, they did try their best.

Came as a party of 3. Music and atmosphere was great. Food wise, there was only one dessert item to choose from so we had to go elsewhere to get that afterwards. The dishes were similar in taste (tried 6-10 different items). If you order one skewer, you’ve tasted them all bc they all are just bbq’ed with similar taste and mostly fat. We were charged for drinks that weren’t ours but because we assumed they would get it right, we just paid and realized next day we were over charged. Tried calling but they don’t take calls so basically there is no way to get a hold of them. Overall, still a neat concept, but check your bill carefully and
