Amazing spot for Japanese shokupan bread!Didn’t visit the bakery, but I did get my hands on a loaf of their shokupan at their partner location oomomo!Slicing into the shokupan, you get that firm outer crust, but once you get inside, it’s just so soft! The Original and Milk Miruku are by far the best I’ve tried. Toast, eat it straight or with peanut butter it tastes amazing. The rusks are a great snack and could be finished in a day. The loaves are nicely packaged and friendly staff all around.
