My honest opinion of Ikon Sushi is that the sushi and Don are pretty good, but the atmosphere and service are awkward and strange. Husband and I came to dine in for lunch for the first time, and it was very quiet and empty. The server was friendly. Format for ordering in is like ordering out. We need to scan QR code to see the menu, then go to the counter to tell the server what you want. Seems disjointed. And I felt bad that the server had to keep explanaining the process to...

Quality of the food is good, sashimi very fresh, but rice is a little hard. We dined in which was a simple set up & comfy. Would have been nice to have been served some hot tea.
