Jersey Mike’s Subs Markham in Woodbine Avenue has fully-improved! Today, at 10:00am, I ordered a Giant #7 Turkey and Provolone and a Giant #13 The Original Italian. It was perfect for a $20 Sub! They don’t put the Same Amount of Cold Cuts like they did when they first opened, back when a Giant Sub was $23, but they put the Perfect Amount of Cold Cuts for a $20 Giant Sub. Nicely Done! Keep up the Great Work! Please do not make any cut backs like you guys did in the past! Do not listen to any of these people that come on here with their Google Reviews, saying that your prices are too high! Currently, you guys have the Perfect Prices when it comes to portion sizes! I’ve seen Both Restaurant Chain Locations and Private Establishments go through Stagnation and Even Permanent Closure when they listened to these people! Always remember that they all have Credit Cards! Some of these people are forcefully bargaining with you guys on Google Reviews, by applying pressure on you guys with their Price Complaints and 1 Star Reviews! Don’t Fall For Their Games! They can all buy Small/Over-Priced Subs from somewhere else if they’re not happy with your prices!

Big fan! Have tried a few different subs and all have been great, not cheap though.
I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s, but this location disappointed the most. The person running the grill used his gloved hands to scratch his head and hair, then immediately used the same gloves to press the bread into the grill. Other staff members were distracted in conversation during my sandwich prep, and professionalism was poor during my visit. I was told to “get my own cup”.
The sub I ended up getting tasted good, but I can’t help but feel grossed out that my sub might have had the same poor hygiene practices in preparation as the cheesesteak sandwiches.

Asked for cheese steak and gave me chicken
The first time I came to the location was when the store first opened. At that time, they had a promotion where if you use the mobile app for your first purchase the you get a free sub credit into your account. I did not get the sub and when I reach out to customer service they told me that they cannot help me.
I went last week on Tuesday and they also had another promotion in which you received double points on your purchase in the mobile app. I did not get my double points and when I reach out to the customer service they told me I would have to drive 30 minutes to the location to take a picture of the promotion.
This company is very disorganized and there is a big disconnect from the location and what's actually being offered from the company.

Great sub. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Would pay the premium over subway any day. Soo much better. Only wish they had more locations

Best sub in Toronto hands down. Very busy though had to wait for 15 minutes in line.

For me this is my go-to sub shop. Even though it's 35 minutes away, still the same quality as the USA. They have a well-oiled machine here in Markham. Great stuff! Great crew great manager didn't want to enter because the line was too long but then I realized how fast it was moving.
God talking to the owner and it looks like they're not going to franchise for Canada as they like to keep control of a heavily stuffed establishment with good work ethic as lots of that dies when you do franchise.
The sub I got the giant the Italian one with all the mix-ins of the Italian cold cuts and added bacon to it. And of course you have to get at Mike's way. It's like going to McDonald's getting a Big Mac without the Mac sauce. It's just a must. Very fulfilling a little expensive but you pay for quality. I know what makes a key is fresh. Cut cold cuts. I have to stomach and try the Philly one day but for now the cold ones are great for me

Long wait. But very expensive for what you get. 23 dollars for a sub after taxes is crazy. 30 bucks for a combo.

Are you nuts paying top dollar for a sub and wait for ever for a sandwich when you can go anywhere else faster and better get your staff on customer service training and get the line moving faster. Not waiting to eat there's alot more choices around
We have been waiting for one to come close to us since we've had it in the US multiple times. Once we saw the one in Markham opened we had to try it. We got their line up to the door, so it had to be good. Service was decent little slower than I expected to get my food, but once I got it, I was very happy. The only thing is why did jersey Mike picked the smallest location in ontario, not too bright. There was no room anywhere in that location that I had to eat standing up.
