I haven't had 燒肉 and 燒鴨 in a good long while, and this place satisfied all my cravings. The rice was perfectly cooked with 多汁, and the meat was perfect, reminds me of the many lunch boxes I had in HK. Above all, the hospitality and kindness really brought a smile to my face. Not really worth your money here. Better to go to the one at First Markham Place. The BBQ pork was very fatty, the portion was small, and there's no soup...just the rice and your two choice of meat. The vegetable was old....hard to chew.
When I asked for extra chopsticks, the cashier just glare at you....

There are way better options not too far away. The flavours are a bit lacking/bland and they tend to give you the undesirable scraps when you order the meat with rice combos. Very inconsistent and they've stopped giving soup as well it seems.

Don't buy from these dishonest crooks. I asked for 1lb of roast pork belly which was supposed to be $15+tax. They tried to charge me $32.xx after taxes. When challenged the 1st time, I was told the difference was taxes, but almost 100% in taxes? When challenged the 2nd time, they said the weight was actually 1.5lbs, but that still wouldn't be $32.xx. When challenged the 3rd time, they showed it was actually 1.9lbs. They claimed they had to cut along the bones, which they could have told me before making the cut. I suspect they just forced us to buy more since it was close to the end of the day (5pm). If it wasn't for a special occasion, I would have told them to keep the cut and left. I gave them several chances to provide a satisfactory explanation, but they failed. I advise everyone to boycott this dishonest business and hopefully it will close down soon for the benefit of the community. The price was also more expensive compared to others. Needless to say, I will never come back again.
