I ordered 2 souvlaki pita’s . I said I wanted sauce on the side . I never got any sauces. I went back to ask and it was as if the person at cash not sure if it was the manager didn’t want to give me . He asked did I get it on the pita. ? He then gave me one sauce . I had 2 pitas . This is very cheap attitude . I was not impressed .

The chicken kabobs has 4-5 small pieces now. If they increase the price I think it’s just right to serve if not more but at least same size n portions of meat like before.Don’t put more rice but less meat.

This is is the second time the man tried to overcharge me with a different meal . I didn’t realize it the last time I bought my meal but this time they tried doing the same thing when the man in the cash fully prepared my meal. Please stop doing that and be honest with your customers stop trying to rip them off!One of the staff member working there was so RUDE to the other employee who looked new and was trying to serve another client that had 3 orders. Learn to respect your colleagues.

The food was pretty tasty. The service was amazing. Actually, my whole experience was very good. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was the tall man at cash. He was very rude to me, as a customer. All I wanted was a little more tzatiki sauce on the side, and he said it would be extra. Well , I can understand, we all have to make money, but at $4.60 extra, I thought it was highway robbery, for a little sauce in a very small container, like the size of shott glass. Also, I did notice he being rude to his employees, by belittling them in front of customers and raising his voice. This man needs to be talked to about running a business.Concerned customer

Honestly this is one of the better locations around GTA. They put a noticeably bigger amount of food and layed it carefully on the platter instead of tossing everything's together. Everything is very delicious ofcourse. Thank you so much guys.
We often come here to eat in the mall, and even take out. Chicken souvlaki is my go to! Love it! I also get 2 chicken souvlaki’s on a pita for my son, he loves those - they don’t come with French fries, in case you were wondering.

I've always found the Jimmy's at the Markville Mall location the best compared to the ones in other mall food courts. Quality is always consistent, salad is fresh, portions are generous, and the two owners at the cash always friendly.
