I had a terrible experience at KAKA Restaurant today around 6:00 PM. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a table and, when I expressed my disappointment, she bluntly said, "If you don’t like it, leave." This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service at a restaurant that many people seem to enjoy. If management cares about their customers, they should train their staff to be respectful and welcoming. I won’t be coming back.

Have been here many times, food is a little above average of AYCE. Good place to eat and hang out but be careful if you are going with friends who are late. As soon as u sit down they will start counting your 1 1/2 hour.

You guys need to fix the accessible door and the hydraulics on the heavy door. The wind makes it impossible to open the door and leave without body-checking the metal door. Other than that, the food is pretty good, but I don't get why the prices are so high on weekdays as well. Thought it would be in the $30s but total was more like $50 on a weekday

We are from cambridge and have tried ample sushi places , hands down this is the best sushi we have ever had. Food is served super fast even though the restaurant is packed. Sushi taste is incomparable. If I'm in Markham this is the only place I would eat. Thank you kaka for your amazing food.
