If there were an option for zero stars, I would give it. I have never come across a restaurant this bad. Everything—from the service to the food—was awful. Our money was wasted, and what truly upset me was spending our special time in a place like this. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We went to KAKA All You Can Eat with my family, hoping for a nice day out since it was Family Day. Unfortunately, it was awful. We ordered soup at the start, but it only arrived after we had finished everything else. We waited nearly half an hour for the food, and every dish was terrible. They didn’t even clear the dirty plates from our table. Normally, I never leave a negative review, and I wouldn’t bother, but this place was truly awful. The atmosphere was bad, the food was awful, and we waited far too long. People should avoid this place—it’s not worth it, and you won’t get a good meal.

Today, we went to KAKA Sushi, and when we tried to order on the tablet, they had put a PIN code on it. In other places, you order and the food comes. Here, someone had to come, enter a PIN, and only then the order went through. I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous. On top of that, the food was terrible—there was a chicken dish I couldn’t even bite and had to send back immediately. We waited so long for the food, the atmosphere was awful, and we were surrounded by noisy, rushed staff. I didn’t even know what I was eating at times. They didn’t clear the plates either. It was a complete mess. I do not recommend this restaurant—everything about it was bad.

Got the AYCE dinner and it was pretty good, definitely a bit in the pricier side and a bit annoying how you can't just keep ordering as every order needs to be cleared by the wait stuff. The staff was very pleasant and patient, went with niece and nephew who were being a bit in the rowdier side but staff was very understanding.

My friend and I came here together for the AYCE to celebrate an event after hearing glowing praise from TikTok. It was really busy so it got kinda hard to talk, but we were too busy eating to talk much anyways. The service was amazing, our server Mark was especially excellent, he answered all our questions, and was very helpful. 10/10 we’ll be happy to come back.

If you are not of the East Asian Chinese demographic - you will be met with immediate discrimination and short unpleasant service.
For an AYCE chain - you would expect reservations or a reasonable wait time when there are visible empty seats - but with no regard and quick dismissal - I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a pleasant experience.
Having eaten at this location once, I would say the only upside are the fried scallops.
