No offense but I am not sure why this restaurant can still survive in the food court where there are many other options.bthe rent must be low enough for them to survive. The soup base was blank and it was over priced. Meal size is small. I am comparing it to Hong Kong standard. That's why I gave 1 star for the food. Since it is a food court, I expect no service. The three stars is for the food court sitting area, not for the restaurant atmosphere. We ordered two types of noodles with different soup base. One tasted as light as boiled tap water. We ended up adding soya sauce. The other only had two small pieces of meat (brisket). I was not able to get any resemblance with the HK street food or local food.

This bowl of noodles is really of a high standard! The pork intestines are crispy and tasteless, the leeks are sweet, and the pork balls are juicy and chewy. The smoothness of the rice noodles absorbs the essence of the soup base. The soup base is thick but not greasy, carrying a burst of aroma. Really Hong Kong flavor, simple but satisfying!
