Location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking inside the large shopping center. The food is very good, but they raised their prices from a few years ago (last time we were here), and so it doesn't give the same casual vibe anymore. At that price point, you have many other food options that serve similar food. But it is a very convenient location next to a T&T Supermarket, and the food is good.
There is a special going on (in case you can't read Chinese) where if you spend $49+ you can have half a chicken or a sweet and sour pork for $7.99. We got the chicken, and it was good but there wasn't a lot of meat. The fried turnip patties cooked in XO style were my favorite. Very flavorful. The plain rice noodles (slathered in their classic sauce) was also a top contender. The large soup was also good, and I liked how they kept it hot in the pot. The fried oysters were a bit disappointing though. The flavor was strong but not especially good, and the oysters weren't cooked very well. For fried oysters, the exterior was not crispy and the inside was not very juicy. Overpriced and underwhelming.
I would recommend getting the cheap classics (fried turnip patties and plain rice noodles). The soup is also good and packed with plenty of substance to get you full.

Reasonable price, ok taste, normal. It is ok.
The food came prepared and quickly. Their menus have a big variety of food for a very reasonable price. There are a lot of seats and no line up. But, I ordered the rice noodle roll, and that took a long time to get. Overall the food is good and the atmosphere is gorgeous.
95% rice and 5% mixtures
Still one of the best Cantonese restaurants in Markham/Scarborough. Quality has remained consistently good over the years. HIGHLY recommend the massive pot of soup. Will feed 4+.
Service is fast and reliable. Just as good when going for take out as well.
The food is yummy, and the service is fast.
Good deal for the price now. Thought
There is no tax for eating in restaurants, they did not rise the price.
We will come often. Thx for all your hard work that we can have a good time.

The food is good and very well done. Well, the milk tea is very considerate. It puts the sugary one on the side and allows the guests to choose the sweetness. The fried carrot cake was quite good, and the neighborhood rice rolls also had a very Q and Cantonese atmosphere. Many of the chairs were cracked, and the plate on the table was missing, but I asked the waiter to change it.

The staff were friendly. If they can’t communicate in English well, they will find and send a colleague to you that can, which we appreciate very much.
The Beef Brisket is quite tender to eat. One (an adult) can eat it with chopsticks only. The fried Turnip cake has a crispy exterior and a soft interior. We don’t consider it spicy. We notice it’s fan favourite at this restaurant because another table beside us ordered the same thing (turnip cake).
I think this eatery only accept cash or debit because that is what we saw at their front door (window/door decal sign).
This restaurant is usually packed with people, so we came at an off peak hour for lunch and was greeted and seated right away which was nice.
Parking: Busy during the weekends. It’s hard to find a spot close to the restaurant especially parking lots for the special needs. The reason is, this plaza has a lot of eateries to choose from.
Wheelchair accessibility: No push button to automatically open the double doors at the main entrance.

It is no longer the forced memory it used to be. Last time I ordered braised pork with pickled vegetables, it was a pre-made dish! Extremely disappointed and will never go there again.
