I ordered from there just half an hour ago, and the sandwich was uncooked. I ordered on drive-thru while I was on my break. Now I don’t have time to go buy something else until I finish work. It's a health concern. I worked at KFC and Taco Bell for 7 years as an assistant manager, and that’s not how we serve food. The chicken was raw, which is very disappointing. I’ll never come back again.

Absolute joke, power whent out and was told by they two girls working counter that they would drop the order in the fryer and cash us out in 7 mins once their computers rebooted. Waited 20 mins just get told to go somewhere else, was on a 30 min lunch . Thanks for nothing kfc team at boxgrove

Placed an order at drive-through around 8:30pm. I was told they were out off chicken for the special. Instead of waiting 20 minutes, I just went to the new location on 9th-line and Sixteen. I got my order right away.

Salty, it is very salty. So inedible, even if you eat it. You will get stomach pain.
Also, chicken popcorn is so soggy and tastes so bad. Quality is very bad.
Do not order from here. You will waste your money.

This is the worst location in Markham. The restaurant floor and tables are dirty, there are long wait times for your order, chicken is soggy and not hot, and poor customer service. Another reason why I don't like this location is that you can smell the chlorine from the swimming school.
Food is ok but they should focus on cleanliness. Tables were full of leftovers and there was only 1 table to sit which was clean. Floor was also very dirty. Focus on cleanliness

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a KFC. I ordered for pick up through Uber Eat because there was a buy 1 get 1 free deal. When I got there, they asked for my order number. I couldn’t find it on the app, but I gave them my name, showed the receipt from app, and everything possible to prove I bought it and already paid. The lady confirmed it was my order, but then said she couldn’t give it to me because she couldn’t “see my picture on the screen”. I’m not a delivery person by the way; just buying dinner for myself. She also did this while holding my order bag up to me. Then she told me to reorder my order, and she would give me the food. But it would be my problem to get a refund on the 1st order. I showed her my phone hoping she could find the info she still needed, but she said she didn’t know how to use the app. Then she told me to tap on the confirm received order button, and said it may show the order number there, all this still saying she wasn’t going to give me the food.
I called Uber eats and they called the restaurant and told her to just give me the food, which she finally did. This whole thing took at least 15-20 minutes, and the food was cold at this time, which isn’t great for a crispy chicken sandwich. I told her the food is cold now, and she smiled at me and shrugged her shoulders.
This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this before, and it all comes down to poorly trained employees that end up ruining the entire business, that don’t have basic customer service skills, or know how to use their system . What the employee did also was very unethical, as she was essentially getting me to forfeit my order on the app, or make a duplicate order, which would be even harder to resolve with Uber Eats later. I will just stick to Church’s Chicken next time like I usually do.

Service is always subpar. Usual low quality service workers. Food isn’t worth the money anymore.
Try ordering the new Mac and cheese chicken sandwich and they try to upcharge you for the macaroni and also don’t put nearly enough mac on the sandwich. Coleslaw is almost always a day old at least. Always get sick eating it.
Almost everything is always overly salty as well. Money better spent elsewhere
