Look, it's dirty bird KFC. Not going for Michelin stars here. It's the service that is terrible. Takes forever to have food made. For example, went in at 2pm and it was completely empty, many employees on duty. An order of French fries took 15mins. What??

Online order preparation is slower than expected. A single burger takes more than 20 minutes. The app shows “ready for pickup,” but when you arrive, no one is handling online orders. Staff focus on in-store customers, even though online orders cost more.

Came in late at 10:30PM, Nadia at the front asked and made sure that they can make what I was looking to order. Nadia was incredibly helpful and considerate, which made my day and made my food taste better LOL. Thank you Nadia genuinely for making a long day of work so much better in the end!!! 🤗

The food was good but the customer service was above and beyond especially by Pirzaada khan!(not sure if i am spelling his name right but the tall guy with a beard!) We went there twice and will be definitely visiting again and recommend this place for sure…if you are looking for good food and exceptional customer service.

Hey owner, on the Wednesday night 10 PM ordering from drive thro, your employee told me they were not making any new chicken an hour from closing. Is that right?
The food was good and fresh. My chicken sandwich and wrap were both crispy and moist. The layout of the drive-through needs work. The traffic flow for that area is terrible.

If you order drive through they will always make you wait 20 mins out on the road for your food. Nobody should wait 20 minutes for a $5 sandwhich. Ever. This happened to me more than once. I won’t be coming back
