The food is incredible, as always. My issue is the fact that I cannot order properly, specifically through the drive-thru. We are both unable to understand each other, likely due to the large amount of static on the order microphone and speaker. I hope this situation is fixed, and that the servers become more polite in the future.
This is possibly the slowest KFC in Markham. Not enough staff to support the demand, the same worker do all kind services, from drive thru prep, taking order and frying chicken. Furthermore they share the building with a swimming pool, I wouldn’t dine-in due to the strong chlorine smell inside.Otherwise the food is good .
