Such bad customer service and they don’t know how to follow orders on Uber eats. Ordered dark meat and got white meat and no utensils for my macaroni, even though it was requested. The store manager doesn’t care about the customers and she hung up on my face. Poor management and quality control.

Franchise owner must be extremely greedy. It's a weekend, and there's only 1 cashier, and 1 cook. Expect to wait an hour for your food. Absolutely insane.

Don't ever use mobile order. I mean just don't come to this store. They took me about 1 hour for my online order, and I feel like they just start checking your order and prepare it when you urge them. If you already place order in app you must go there and tell them what is your order or they won't make it. Usually walk-in order gets priority
