Worse service ever, ordered online for pick up and took them 35 mins to make the order after checking multiple times. Service is the worse and the staff have no idea what’s happening.

KFC needs to have a manager on site and make sure people don’t wait over 30 mins for a fast food. I could go to a fine dining restaurant and food has come faster.

The service is disgusting, I made a payment and was asking about my order number, she gave me an eye-roll🙄, said “why people don’t have patient!?” Come on, I just asked a question. So customers are not allowed to ask questions. Well I get it, you might have a bad day, you think my day is easier? Should have gone to the church chicken.

They only have two people working busy lunch time. Always like this. Chicken is so much smaller. Quality has definitely dropped. Atmosphere is a food court so not accurate review. Lines are long they always are under staffed.

I'm trying really hard not to be rude. But how much education do you really need to know that if you serve something that requires a fork that you should give the fork automatically. You don't need to ask people if they need a fork. If you're giving poutine or think you're in a straw, you're giving them a fountain drink.. i purchased a putine, and when I got to my job.Site, there was no fork.And I couldn't even eat it because i'm on a construction site.Your staff needs to be aware, because i'm sure there's other people that want a job that are more aware

Also, we are human beings. I don't know where your staff eats their dinner at their house.But at my house, we use napkins to wipe our face when we're done.Eating, we don't use our shirts, so why doesn't your staff give napkins again?Another item that you don't need to ask basic human cleanness requires to use a napkin.When you eat, you don't have to teach these things you should know.These things as a human

I am very disappointed with my experience at the KFC located in Markville Mall. Yesterday evening, we purchased a meal worth about $30 and brought the food home, which is why we were unable to return it that same night. The food quality was unacceptable. The chicken was much darker brown than normal and tasted as though the oil had been sitting and reused. The coleslaw was slimy and extremely watery, making it inedible.

We returned the next day to politely raise our concerns, and the customer service was even more disappointing. The staff were disrespectful and dismissive, and we were told not to come back. This response showed a complete lack of care and professionalism.

The overall experience reflects poor food quality and an absence of basic customer service etiquette. This location clearly does not take pride in proper food handling or how customers are treated. I would not recommend this KFC.

Wow, they really need to hire more people. My order is late every single time!! even when I place a mobile order specifically to avoid this. It’s not like anyone’s sitting around doing nothing; they’re just constantly short-staffed. Amazing.

Avoid. This place always has a huge line of delivery drivers who take priority over the walk-up customers. You will wait forever for the simplest order. Nice people but they’re constantly overwhelmed.

Absolutely terrible service. The cashier had such a bad attitude you’d think helping customers was a personal insult to him. When I ordered a sandwich combo, he didn’t even bother to ask what side I wanted or what sauce I preferred—just slapped the order together like he couldn’t care less.
When I went back to fix their mistake, the lady who “helped” me was just as rude. It honestly felt like they were going out of their way to make the experience miserable.
If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. Don’t ruin someone else’s day because you can’t handle doing the bare minimum.
