The batter for the chicken for Twosday was horrible taste. I would never buy KFC anymore in Markville mall. KFC was not like it use to be over 30 years ago. When she ask me if I want fries . I said yes, pointed out the size of the box and when I got home they put the fries with the two pieces chicken in it instead of having my fries separate with a regular size box.

Placing mobile orders at this location is futile. I’ve tried twice already and each time they seem to only prepare the food when you’re there and not after you send the order. You end up standing around waiting awkwardly on the side.There’s 3 registers and most of the time they operate 1, at most 2 of the registers resulting in a long line up. Of course, when you try to bypass the line up with a mobile order, you always end up waiting anyways alongside the other customers.One time I also tried to order a cookie, but they ran out.As a result of the service, I try to avoid this location.

The chicken strips was really good, with the sweet and sour sauce...Service was fast.Seats/tables at the food court are comfortable, clean and available. It's next to Entrance 7. Just below Entrance 4. This can be confusing if you send a location or if you request an Uber.Parking: The parking might be a bit confusing, it's next to entrance 7, which is below street level, also below entrance 4.

Food was cold, wrong sauces. We requested it to park on the driveway for a reason, but just dove over and parked. Food delivered after two hours of order. Service is absolutely unacceptable. Do not order from this location. If I can review without a star, I would have done it without any star.

My first time having kfc in many, many years.Don’t usually come for the fried chicken, but I do come for the Big Crunch sandwich and decided to come because of their festive sandwich.Was really reluctant and hesitant, but it actually turned out really nicely. The stuffing with cranberry sauce really leveled up the sandwich. The piece of fried chicken was a little soggy, but could’ve been due to the gravy or cranberry sauceService was actually decently quick for a Sunday afternoon at markville mall.There isn’t much atmosphere as it is in the food court so it’s just busy all aroundPerson taking my order was quick, understood the assignment and put everything in correctlyGreat job overall. Have seen the other reviews and think I was lucky not to encounter those experiences!

I would rate 0 if there was an option. The lady who worked on November 22nd around 7:30pm is VERY VERY rude! She wouldn't wait until I finish placing my order and kept interrupting me. I asked her to be nice and let me finish my order, she wouldn't change her attitude and was acting annoyed. Don't be rude to your customers when your customers did absolutely nothing wrong.

Gross. Ordered the 4 piece Big Box meal today at 4:30pm. Looks like it was fried in oil that has never been changed. It was super dark and stale looking and looks nothing like the advertised pictures and what I've used to had in past orders from other locations. The corn that it comes with is dark brown shrivelled up kernels! Who runs this location?! It needs a visit from the Health Inspector. Will not go back.
