I send an email for cancellation and contacted them but they didn’t want to cancel my order. They will charge me even though I will not receive the order. I agree with others that portion size changed and sometimes I had to order double. Please save your money and prep at home.

Our experience with the lunch services for elementary students has been disappointing. The portion sizes are notably small, leaving my child hungry after lunch.Moreover, there was a recent incident where my child did not receive lunch at all. It came to my attention that the payment for the lunch order did not go through. While I understand that payment issues can occur, what is truly disheartening is the lack of communication from the lunch services team. No notification was sent to inform parents of the payment failure, and my child was left hungry and unaware of the situation.Improvements in portion sizes and better communication about payment issues are essential for a more satisfactory experience.

Food is average here but it's not the best. When my son got his pancakes they were so tiny and quite stale. Also, the maple syrup was more like sticky sweetened water. Oh and also the beef taco is more like a burrito. Service needs improvment.

Horrible! Food poisoning alert!! My kid’s school has hot lunch program with this company. Today she brought her leftover potato from school home, and I tried it to see what she was eating at school. After a few bites, I noticed the bitter taste and burning sensation in my throat. I stopped eating and rinsed my mouth. Hours later, this bitter taste is still in my mouth!! Can’t believe this company is providing food to the kids! And luckily I found it out today and will never order any food from this company!

My son loves their Mac& cheese , thank you for your good service, it’s very helpful for me .my son eating fresh food during hot summer days at camp everyday. He’s very picky but he like kids kitchen food and I’m very happy with that.

I called the kitchen and sent an email that my son is a vegetarian. Next day gave him chicken. I complained they said oversight.The food is labeled vegetarian. and sent him w chickenI'm at a loss.

My children's school offers a variety of lunch catering services and we tried Kids Kitchen one year. If your child doesn't bring back leftovers you would not know what poor food quality is being served to them. Portions are also very small and most sides or condiments are not included. My child still talks about the "sad hamburger" his friend ordered one year, which was described as two flattened buns and a dried patty with nothing else. Their prices however continue to increase. Frankly they also do not believe in customer service. When our credit card was renewed, we received an extremely rude email highlighted in yellow and red and with large fonts of various sizes that the outstanding bill will be forwarded to collection agencies. They did not call, or send an email that the credit card has expired, nothing. We have never gave Kids Kitchen a second thought with catering and have found plenty of wonderful substitutes in the Unionville Markham area. Parents just need to speak to their school about starting another catering service! Now my kids look forward to hot pasta lunches elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if possible. Catering services are suppose to take one thing off of parents minds, not add on more stress and uncertainty.

I ordered the food through phone because something wrong with their system. However, the lunch didn't show up in the camp and my kid came home with a empty stomach. Called in, they said that the order was not in the system. And they don't care. No apology, nothing! Terrible service!
