This Thanksgiving we used Whole Foods catering for our Thanksgiving meal. Fortunately, we only ordered the turkey with gravy and stuffing. The gravy and stuffing were okay but the turkey! It was a block of wood. Instructions said to heat for 1/2 hour at 350F. We had to add an extra 1/2 hour. The meat was dry and chewy. In the end, we threw it out. What a waste of $100. Thankfully, someone brought a ham. Never doing this again.

I used to be a regular here and have always enjoyed their coffees and lattes. Yesterday, I went to order an item on the menu and there was nobody at the counter. I waited for awhile and eventually someone approached me to get someone from the back. This woman, named Lena (south Asian descent), came walking out casually and felt there was nothing wrong with her hiding in the back instead of being on the floor. She casually took my order, charged me and started making the drink. When she was done, I told her it was the wrong item (she gave me an iced latte when i told her i wanted a blended latte, which says explicitly on the menu). She started laughing and then got annoyed and blended the whole thing. She passed it to me and said nothing. The result was a melted frap that was tasteless, which was nothing like the original drink. Safe to say, I will never order anything from there again!
