Very, very busy. Staff efficient. Food was fabulous. Hot, presentation great, delicious. It was pretty full at 10 am on a Sunday. By 12 noon, line ups at the door. Definitely need reservations.

Food is good but service terrible ….. they only entertain bookings and care less the walk ins. Waited for more than an hour as a walk in. Waited at the dining table for 10 min before someone come to ask us for tea. Hope you lucky to sit outside in the hall. If you sit inside their so callled VIP rooms …… it is sooo hot that it is worse than sitting outside at the patio on a hot summer day!

Great food. Its always packed for a reason. I love coming here for dim sum.

The amount of visitors in the area to eat here tells you that this restaurant offers great quality and value (always packed to the brim). Their dimsum and dinner portions are huge for standard pricing. Restaurant setting is also very comfortable and their dining set-up is very fancy/ good for parties!

The food was ok, but the noise level made it impossible to have a good conversation

This restaurant can be considered one of the high end Chinese Cuisine. Located inside a mall with plenty of parking, this place does get very busy. We came on Father's Day and the menu option was limited to a few Banquet Style. Although we had about 14 per table, the Banquet menu was more than enough as their portions were huge and food came out quickly, and sort of rushed because there was not enough room on the table for the dishes.
The service surprisingly was quick and attentive considering the wait staff was always running from one table to the other. Good decor and chairs was comfy (although a bit cramped).
This is a place where you want to go for a good sit down traditional Chinese dinner and won't disappoint.

Nice place and medium size place compared to the other larger dim sum places. Seafood related stuff like House Special Shrimp Dumpling was good, even the beef balls was good, but I noticed a lot of stuff was very greasy. Like the dough fritters that come with the congee was very greasy. Over all not bad place to check out.

Good dim sum! Dumplings are filled a lot and the taste is good. One of our favourites in Markham/richmond hill. Crispy shrimp roll is really tasty! Would recommend. Wasn’t too busy when we went on a Saturday at 9:30am.

Food is on par with other dim sum restaurants in Markham, but something else leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
When we got our bill there was a 10% discount. We paid cash and left a tip that was slight more than 15% on the original amount. But then the waitress said we needed to pay more. Since we didn’t speak Cantonese, another waiter told us this restaurant usually charges a service surcharge of about 12%. However, this was not written anymore on the bill.
Yet another waitress came to collect our money, and we did pay more, and she seemed confused. We were also confused at this point. But we ended up tipping more than 20%. Service certainly didn’t warrant it. We were seated in the back room right next to a service station, so it got very loud when the staff were reloading utensils and cutleries.
After writing down the total amount we paid on the bill, they took away the bill along with our money.
So eat somewhere else. There are actually better, and honest, restaurants in Markham.

This restaurant's okay but I think it is much much overrated. A lot of people line up outside all day all night for this restaurant but it's really just quite overrated. It is a nice restaurant but there's no need to line up like that. It makes it a little bit silly. The food is okay. The service is okay. It is it is like typically Chinese restaurant is very loud inside so don't expect to be able to talk without having to raise your voice.

The food was good but the wait time for the weekend was long. Expect for long wait times.
