We tried to order wintermelon, it was out of stock. Passionfruit green tea, it was out of stock. Mango green tea, it was out of stock. Finally, Yakault green tea, they were able to make.Unfortunately, the drink was terrible. The tea tasted like burnt tea leaves and the tapioca was raw/under cooked. I do not recommend this place.

Half of the menu is out of stock, no peach tea, no winter melon tea. I ordered yakult green tea and it was gross. The tea was BURNT and the tapioca was undercooked. What is going on with this location?

Short staff, drink and services are not as good as the other ones. Constantly short of supplies, store is dirty and darker then the other locations so if you have a choice, BETTER go to another location.

Ordered 2 drinks - they had a promo buy 1 get selected drinks for 50% off and the price didn’t make sense. Didn’t notice they charged more then expected until I got home…The drinks are very bland … not worth at all. Disappointed at this Kung fu tea location. Won’t be coming back.Not recommending it.

Menu options and promotions beware! This location will advertise items/drinks not available and even keep expired promotions posted on the front window to lure you in. Once inside at the counter, you might see the little notices of what has been "currently out of" for months and they just keep adding to the list. Oddly they offer you a topping substitute at an additional offer. Poor representation for the Kung Fu Tea chain.Keep in mind, I do enjoy the drinks this chain offers. So rather than going to this location which is within walking distance, I drive 15-30 minutes to a different location.

The drinks are always good, and this location is clean with seatings available. Couldn't give it a five star because there was only one person working, She was moving extremely slow, so my drink took quite a long time to be made.

Waited for 15 minutes to get my drinks ordered when there was only one customer waiting in front of me. The staff was talking on the phone the whole time and was really slow making drinks. I ordered two drinks and waited for another 10 minutes and the staff got my topping wrong ? Really disappointed in the efficiency here and the quality of the drinks, the brown sugar wasn’t even dissolved…

Not many seats for dine in but the drinks are made well and people behind the counter are working their butts off when the rush pops in.

The egg waffles from this location is the smallest one. The side of the egg waffle is not even in the complete shape.The 2 employees working there were pretty much filtering with each other.If you want Kung Fu tea try other locations unless you want to see 2 staffs filtering around.

We ordered lychee ice tea without ice and they changed it to 30% less ice automatically without noticing me. And that’s what I got for the drink worth $7.0 plus tax.It’s totally different when I ordered in other Kung fu tea shops (my fav one is at 3365 Steeles Ave E). I usually get a full cup of drink what I have paid fully in price. I would like to make a very serious complaint to that fat Asian lady at the cashier who explained me because I ordered no ice/less ice. I’m not sure if that’s some sorts of punishment or money saving technique from the shop.I’ll contact legal aid for further information and see if any chance can sue them for lying customer. Pay attention management team, if your staff are not well trained, just get them fired.

I have been buying bubble tea from them since they opened. I always order hot drink and I always ask to have it sealed. I never had an issue until recently, the guys doesn't know how to do it properly only the girls are good. My drink is never seal properly when the guys serve me? They will tell me that hot drinks cannot seal but I have always had it this way....I wonder what happens when people order hot drinks from uber will they tell the same thing?
