Kung Fu Tea on Markham Road (Markham)

Orderd using the Panda app and got a discount.
The order was ready when I got there. I didn't have to wait to pick up the order.
It tasted great.

Placed an order online, and there was a minor error with the order.

I called the store upon realizing the error, the young lady on the phone was apologetic and offered to replace the drink at no cost, without me having to even ask.

We’re all human, and mistakes happen. What matters to me is how a business handles those mistakes, and in this case, their action was perfect.

I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

The bubble tea is so tasty at this location.

I have come by to this bubble tea store a few times and the drinks are so good. I really like the cranberry green tea and the rose milk tea. The brown sugar pearls are the best~

I had a fantastic experience at Kung Fu Tea Markham! The service was excellent – so friendly and quick. Everything was incredibly clean, and my order came out super fast. Definitely recommend! Every time I come here I buy this ice cream black milk tea!!!

Beware. Bugs in the bubble tea here. I found a cockroach in my drink and went in my mouth. Don’t go here unless you want to be traumatized. Never going back.

ordered a drink off of uber eats only to find that it had multiple small pieces of paper inside it upon drinking it, and it wasn’t sweet enough even though the name of the drink literally has “brown sugar” in it

I ordered and paid for a pineapple drink and they didn’t have any pineapple or jelly. I couldn’t get a refund. The other drink I got was not the right sweetness level.

Amazing every time. My go to is the Peach Oolong tea with light ice and brown sugar tapioca. Delicious everytime!

Waited 20 minutes for two drinks, and both were wrong. We were the only people in the place! Worst part was when I tried to ask the staff if he had received the order, he would say nothing and walk away. I saw one drink had been made, and he came out to replace the receipt paper, never acknowledged us. Three times I tried to ask him and he did not say anything!?!? Ridiculous. Used to go here a year ago and it was great, would never go again. Bad look for all KungFu Tea locations.

the staff here are incredibly unprofessional, very disorganized with their online and in person orders and the boy in the photo speaks to customers in a condescending tone. the receipts given at this location looks different from the steeles location so when he asked for the order number i showed my receipt to him and told him what i had ordered and he kept saying “NO. I’m asking for the order number! order number!” as if i’m not showing you my whole receipt. absolutely no patience, no organization and no respectful customer service at this location. because they are incredibly disorganized, it take you 20minutes just to get your drink. it’s ridiculous

They have a staff who is a guy..very rude and a liar. I asked him to put brown sugar in the tea..he thought I wasn't looking but I saw he put white sugar..upon asking that why did he put white sugar..he did not reply back and went away.

I ordered the Monday daily special coffee milk tea, they didn’t add coffee jelly. This is already the second time they made this mistake. Very disappointed!!!
