Worst kungfu tea, always understaffed

EXPECT 20 MIN WAIT TIME. Also, I have no choice but to order from the kiosk because employee doesn't understand English well. We’ve tried google translate back and forth but she doesn't quite understand when customizing drinks. 2 stars for convenience and the few times my order was correct.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this location today…I go here often. We told the employee that we need a minute to choose our drinks and after that she ignored us for 10 minutes eventhough we had made it evident that we were ready. She helped other delivery orders eventhough we were there earlier and standing there waiting to order. We ended up leaving and going to another location…

Ordered a warm pearl milk tea with 30% honey. Taste like watered down milk with very sweet overcooked tapiocas. The store was also unbearably warm when I visited (in Feb).

Not good service at all

The wait time is unbelievably horrible. I waited over 25 minutes for two drinks. Only one person working at most times. Given the amount of traffic coming in and out of that store especially on weekends, they should have at least two people working. I’ve never had to wait this long for bubble tea!

Tea is always good here. But the poor girl is always working by herself, even during busy hours. So be prepared to wait.

Your average bubble tea store. Good atmosphere. Waffle ice cream cones are excellent. I recommend the passion fruit QQ, it’s very tasty.

I ordered Matcha Milk Tea with Red Bean but I’ve got no red bean in my drink. Very disappointed!!!

I ordered a matcha float, gave me a pearl matcha latte instead and they even forgot to add the pearls.

It was my first time trying a drink from Kung Fu Tea and I did not have a pleasant experience. The grass jelly green milk tea tasted delicious, but I am not happy that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. The employee didn't even apologize for making me wait so long.

The drinks and egg waffles here are never consistent. Each time I go, there is something off. One time, their tapioca wasn’t fully cooked and I had some that were hard. Each time I get egg waffles, the staff seem to struggle with making it (takes too long - more than 15 min, too burnt, broken, etc). If they are going to struggle this hard, they should just not offer it. Or train their staff better so they all know how to make it properly.

Have always bought @ kung fu tea @ Markham rd. 1st time to be disappointed. Ordered from the girl 2 SLUSH matcha milk tea w/red bean. Being confident of good service there, I did not bother to check if we got the right order w/c is slush matcha w/red bean. Then @ home already when I realized they were not slush @ all. Can’t fathom why you guys hire some1 who can’t understand and speak basic English. Ohhh! And this time the red beans were so little.

Mango green tea with mango popping Boba was good and made well, matcha egg waffle was not. I thought they gave me chocolate at first, but it was actually overcooked. Not quite burnt taste yet but definitely overcooked/too crunchy. See photo. I didn't feel like asking for it to be remade because we were already in a rush.
