It was my first time trying a drink from Kung Fu Tea and I did not have a pleasant experience. The grass jelly green milk tea tasted delicious, but I am not happy that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. The employee didn't even apologize for making me wait so long.
Mango green tea with mango popping Boba was good and made well, matcha egg waffle was not. I thought they gave me chocolate at first, but it was actually overcooked. Not quite burnt taste yet but definitely overcooked/too crunchy. See photo. I didn't feel like asking for it to be remade because we were already in a rush.
I went to buy milk tea before, and there was a man who looked at me with contempt. I wanted to say, why can I hire such a person? I don’t know what your employment standards are. It's been a long time since I bought something. This man greatly affected my purchasing experience and his service attitude was very poor. I hope this man can maintain basic respect for every customer. If not, he can just go home and let the cows go.
