Thanks to Laz, my family and I were able to enjoy two separate wonderful experiences that celebrated my Grandma’s 70th and my Grandpa’s 75th.
We took advantage of the restaurants dining and catering services, which both had the same great quality of food.
The dining service was good. We reserved a table around 4 pm on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy at all. Although we were a large party, the staff were attentive enough and made sure we were taking care of. And bathrooms are clean.
So, overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone looking to have a Caribbean vibe for any special occasion.

My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time. We had a reservation so there was no wait. The waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu as there were some items unfamiliar to us. There was a bit of a wait for the food to come but everything we ordered was delicious (although the portion seemed small for the price). Kudos to the chef! At the end of our meal, our waitress exceeded expectation by surprising us with a delicious complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary. And took the time to do some lettering on the plate. A thoughtful touch! I highly recommend this restaurant for great food and great service.

We had a great Friday night at Laz! Food was delicious and bonus of 2 djs playing on the patio. Perfect date night! Food, drinks, music. What more could you ask for. Our server was the best! Busy night but she was attentive and made sure to check in several times that everything was good. Definitely coming back!

I really liked there ambiance: clean, spacious, great music. However, the food in my opinion was not “authentic” as the name states. I ordered a bake and shark and hated the sauce on the fish it had a pungent/cilantro taste which then made the fish soggy. My partner ordered a bbq jerk chicken which was definitely not jerk but morso bbq sauce only. The serving size was not conducive to the price.

It was a birthday dinner for 7 people Saturday evening.
Appetizers were plentyful and delicious. Drinks (and a few birthday Tequila shots) with food were on point.
Mains were hearty and delicious.
Compliments to the Chef who visited the table after service.
A great night with amazing food and company.
Would recommend anytime. A 10 plus rating.

I had the pleasure of having a wonderful birthday lunch with a couple of other birthday hosts sharing with our friends. We chose this place because I've been here before and every time I come here, they are always on point with the amazing food, service and atmosphere. I had the Bake and Shark filet and the best signature drink they have which is the Bob Marley. Trust me! You will not be disappointed... Our server was Aseel and she made everyone welcome. Fantastic service and very friendly. If you see her... Make sure you say Hello to her and order one of their signature drinks! This is probably my 4th time here and I can't stop here... I'll keep going and I will keep recommending this amazing restaurant! Keep doing your thang! Can't wait to come back!

The staff here are very attentive, kind and its great customer service. The food is tasty and its a great atmosphere for people to come and enjoy. The sorrel mimosas are on point and so are the are the BBQ Jerk Wings. The Caribbean brunch is also a great value.

There’s also a patio and upstairs with more seating.

Our order took 1 hour to get to us! Jerk Ribs were dry & tough, salmon was dry, ox tail was just bone & 2 pieces! Before any apologies they served us more water & how we liked the music. Food is way overpriced for what u get! Wasn't even offered a complimentary dessert for the long wait! When we asked why it was taking so long, we figured they were still killing the animals! First & last time coming here!

I brought a business partner here for dinner and all I can say is you can see the authentic connection and you just know this place is legit. What's lost in many restaurants today is over commercialization and the connection with Diakhia (Chef and Owner) with the feeling of hospitality.

The food was fantastic (it hit nostalgic memories for my business partner), service, experience and overall atmosphere was great.

Small businesses need and could deserve the support.
