I've been to a great many pool halls/lounges over the past 20 years, all throughout North America, and Le Cue, I can safely say, places for me on the very lowest tier. First and foremost, the very foundation of the reason you're there, the pool tables (without which there is no pool), are in absolutely awful condition, especially considering the premium price they charge- I expect much better for the cost. Secondly, it's evident not much planning was assigned to the layout, as it feels extremely cramped, which makes for a very unpleasant, almost suffocating, feeling when the place gets busier. Lastly, it's obvious that little to no thought is assigned to the food, which is merely just an afterthought- completely bland, lacking flavour and of low quality. Not impressed whatsoever, I'd recommend avoiding, especially for the price.
Honestly, the worst pool lounge I’ve been to. I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness; the bathrooms were grimy, and it looked like no one had wiped down tables in a while. They clearly don’t pay attention to basic hygiene. Beyond that, the tables were in terrible shape, and I couldn’t believe the prices they were charging for everything from games to food. Not a good vibe at all.
Save your money and find another spot! The equipment here is really disappointing for what they’re charging; everything looked worn-out and cheap. Even the cues felt flimsy. The food is also ridiculously overpriced for what it is—I could barely finish mine because it was so oily. And, unfortunately, cleanliness seems to be an afterthought. Not a fan, won’t be coming back. Also they had a rotten attitude. STINKS!
Really disappointed with my visit here. The tables looked like they hadn’t been properly maintained in ages—scratches and uneven surfaces everywhere, which totally threw off the games. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind paying extra if the quality was there, but that’s not the case. And don’t get me started on the food…it tasted like it came straight from the freezer aisle, but at restaurant prices! Won’t be coming back.
The hostess was rude to me right off the bat. They charge 18% extra for groups of 6 or more. Suffice to say this group of 6 will not be coming back
Tiffany is the greatest
love this place, tiffany is the best
Super Cool staffs, super cool place to chill with all your buddies. I be back lol.... I always want to say that ???????Thanks for the complements aw... ❤️❤️❤️???
Really did not like the dj that night he was playing a lot of frisky music that’s the only reason for the 3 star haha,
but the ambience of the place and the pool tables are beautiful and clean, the ac was blasting which was great, went here for my brothers birthday we had a great time!
Cool vibes, food is super yummy and love the music. Definitely recommend for a chill night to hang out.

Goated spot, love playing here with the boys, grab a pitcher and have a good time. 10/10
The facilities were very clean and the staff were very helpful! Would come back again!
Good vibes and music, a fun time and overall a great hangout spot with friends. Also, it’s not too loud and lots of food/drink options
Decent pool spot and the DJ on the weekends make for a cool lounge vibe.
$25 an hour (possibly a weekend rate) seemed a bit much but it is what it is. Also noticed they have different prices for drinks on weekends vs weekdays.
A bit misleading (and bold) to charge an automatic 18% gratuity on everything, then have ‘Tips not included’ on the bottom of the receipt (see photo). Also would have been nice if the server told us the tips were included before we paid..
Le Cue has a nice atmosphere, but the drink prices are too high. Being a VIP member, I was hoping for decent perks, but the 10% discount on tables isn't worth it. The discount wasn't clear on our bill, and when we asked, we were just told the system applied it. The 18% gratuity on bills over $150 makes the VIP membership feel pointless. Overall, not worth the cost.
