Their takeout portions have gone way downhill. Ordered the lemongrass pork vermicelli the other day and it was so disappointing. Let's be honest, the food here isn't top notch but they gave decent portions but that's all changed. Hopefully it's a one time thing but won't be back anytime soon.

ordered LS13, in Chinese is 蟹肉crab meat，English is cran paste, but I didn't see anything inside, asked the server, they insisted there is crab paste not crab meat, so misleading, will not recommend and never come back

this is the quickest restaurant i've ever been to, my friend and i ordered a bowl of pho for each and when we submitted our order to our server, our food literally came in less than 5 mins and i was very impressed with that. the pho wasn't too bad, i've had better but overall it's still a good spot.

I'd like to mention, the whole store is "fine". If you're really interested in trying, go for takeout. My personal experience as a visitor to Toronto, it was a flunk. I do not believe i've met anyone as rude as the waitress with bangs was. I'm very upset with how they treated me and my family.
Context: Me and my family came in slightly late [8pm] they close at 9pm, we all ordered our portions and obviously had struggles with one of the options. But that wasn't the point, the main problem was her rushing us in this case. Obviously we didn't know what we wanted, but, that didn't mean that this said waitress should throw attitude on us.
She brought out all of our orders except one. We had asked her why it didn't come out and she said it would take one minute. Then after 20 minutes, we asked for another update since we were concerned with the time knowing it was going to close soon. The waitress said "theres only one chef, he can only go so fast" with an attitude. In this case, we weren't too happy with that commentary.
The way they treated us and talked in general did not make it good on them nor did it make us feel welcome at all. In this case, we were charged 10% tips, this didn't make us feel happy as it was not worth that.
Anyways, I wouldn't recommend it again.

We arrived one hour before closing and they told us we had to hurry and order because they close at 9.
We hurried and placed the order and almost all of our dishes came but one. We saw two tables besides us at this time and they both all got their meals.
We asked them about our last bowl of noodle and it took them over 30 minutes to serve. Additionally their attitude was horrible when we asked when it was coming because everyone at the table was near done eating.
When the bowl of noodles arrived, it was ten minutes to closing and they wanted us out by 9:00pm on the dot. They billed us earlier and tried to force us out.
This behaviour is unacceptable and I do not understand why they were very unprofessional about this.

Ordered takeout for the family. We ordered Lemongrass Chicken Steak with Rice and others with Vermicelli. Very flavorful,smoky taste and big portion sizes. Will be coming back for sure to taste other items on the menu.
