We ordered the deal of 10 spicy fishballs that came with one large bubble tea. Some things are too good to be true. The fishballs were dry which we didnt even know was possible. The liquidy curry sauce that was spooned over did nothing to improve the flavour - It was too stale and felt like too much water was added. It did feel like the fishballs were old. The drink tastes artificially sweet and the jelly topping adds to that.
Im not too sure what the other drinks would taste like, but based on this experience, we may not come again.

Tried the watermelon slush that was recommended by another review and can confirm it is freshly blended, refreshing and delicious. Unexpectedly, pearls are included too! They're fresh, very basic pearls (not much flavour that you would expect from top tier bbt places) Excellent deal for $3.50, tax included. Would try other slushes too next time.
龜苓膏 Gui ling gao is $5.00 and appears to be house made. Also tasty!
Thinking about getting the rose green tea to-go as I slurp my watermelon slush. It's another recommended by a different reviewer. Would definitelu come back if I lived around here.

The guy fully replaced my drink with a pleasantly warm drink instead!
I was expecting the drinks to be pretty bad considering the price. But they have stronger tea flavor than your run of the mill bubble tea chains. The sweetness was balanced, and the tapioca was springy and chewy.
If I lived in this neighborhood, this would be my go-to boba stop!

Large jasmine green milk tea with grass jelly was $4.50 including tax. It was pretty decent: the jasmine was fragrant though the tea was kinda generic. The grass jelly was firm.

I once bought 4 or so different teas and as I was leaving, I dropped a couple on the ground and they broke. I went back to the stall to buy more - however they replaced my drinks for free without me asking! I was fully willing to pay. This stall is operated by a Taiwanese older woman who is so kind, and I think her son is the one in the back. Their prices are amazing and the food is great Taiwanese comfort food. It's the perfect place for affordable and yummy drinks and snacks.
My favourite is the rose green tea - this is my favourite bubble tea flavour but it is quite hard to come by. The stall has other rare drinks like starfruit tea and black sesame milk tea. They have never let me down yet. I haven't gotten snacks too many times but this time we got some Taiwanese style chicken. They made it fresh. So perfect, so good!! I love this place so much. 2 large drinks + chicken came up to 14.50 total after tax!
Parking: Big parking lot for the mall but it can get very busy.
