I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding our recent order. On November 9, 2024, we ordered four pizzas from little caesars Unfortunately, upon opening the boxes, we discovered a small insect in the food. This was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience, especially as we had gathered with family and friends for a meal.

Order the Deal for $5 on Sept 18. Pizza was soft and dough was very fresh. This is first time I bought pizza from this store since they have a $5 deal. Pizza tasted a bit different from pizza pizza or dominos. Kids said they like the taste of pizza here. Highly recommend! I would come back to this store next week to try other flavours. On the app it doesn’t allow to customize the pizza. I might have to go in person to order and my kids like the pizza to be lightly done!

I was here today (Sept 7, 2024) around 8pm. The gentleman working was super kind and informative, with a good sense of humour. Overall just a great attitude. Sadly I forgot to ask his name but he should definitely be recognized. Really great customer service! This is rare to see these days in fast food places so I was very pleased :)

Forget about the pizza, wanted to try their crazy puffs and I was extremely satisfied
Online pre-ordered the pepperoni crazy puffs and the mac & cheese crazy puffs.
Wasn't expecting much but as usual I was totally wrong (friends keep reminding of this fact)
Extremely dangerous flavor bombs, crispy crusts, moist to the point of dripping cheese and pepperoni oil down the sides of my arm.
Ok, warning, if you don't have high cholesterol now, you're gonna be borderline after eating these greasy oily packed flavor bombs

I walked inside because I saw their hot and ready sign. Unfortunately they did not have anything ready as they said it would take 5 minutes to make a pizza.

Prefect. Very friendly owner. It's just a little crowded during discount dinner time.
Came here for a quick bite and unfortunately it wasn’t quick. Hoping for hot and ready but they didn’t have anything hot and ready! Despite that they promised and delivered on a supreme pizza, wings and crazy bread in under 10 minutes and it was fresh af! Just had to be back to work a little late due to not being fresh and ready, but A+ on the food and service.

It’s my third time here at this location after work and each time they never have Hot-n-Ready pizza available. It’s after 4pm and no line. It’s a small detail, but if you advertise this it should be available. There’s nothing wrong with the pizza and service is fine. Just your claim is lacking.
