Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. If you’re looking to get sick, this is the place to order from. We received free hair and nail in my food. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with the Ministry of Health. I strongly advise not to order from here, and DO NOT feed this food to your kids. Spend a few extra dollars and go to Pizza Hut across the street. At least there, you can expect clean, edible food. Avoid this place at all costs🤮

This is a review for the Little Caesar's located at 5261 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3P 1B8. Placed an online order for pickup at this location. We made an honest mistake with the online order and found out about the mistake when we picked up the order. Explained the mistake to the Server who told me there was nothing she could do to help resolve the mistake. Asked to speak to the manager at this location. Both the Server and the Manager at this location were rude and disrespectful with absolutely no intention of helping out. They were only interested in the $$ value of the purchase keeping in mind that fixing my online order would actually be less cash for them. Absolutely terrible behaviour and customer service - this is the last time I will be ordering Little Caesar's pizza.

On November 9, 2024, we ordered four pizzas from little caesars Unfortunately, upon opening the boxes, we discovered a small insect in the food. This was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience, especially as we had gathered with family and friends for a meal.

Order the Deal for $5 on Sept 18. Pizza was soft and dough was very fresh. This is first time I bought pizza from this store since they have a $5 deal. Pizza tasted a bit different from pizza pizza or dominos. Kids said they like the taste of pizza here. Highly recommend! I would come back to this store next week to try other flavours. On the app it doesn’t allow to customize the pizza. I might have to go in person to order and my kids like the pizza to be lightly done!

I was here today (Sept 7, 2024) around 8pm. The gentleman working was super kind and informative, with a good sense of humour. Overall just a great attitude. Sadly I forgot to ask his name but he should definitely be recognized. Really great customer service! This is rare to see these days in fast food places so I was very pleased :)
