Delicious authentic gelato! We got two scoops of chocolate and pistachio—both were rich, creamy, and full of real flavor. Also tried the coffee ice cream bar, which was fantastic with a strong, genuine coffee taste. The staff were super enthusiastic and helpful with recommendations. Great experience—highly recommend! 5 stars!

As anyone who visits Italy might tell you, Gelato is far and away better than ice cream when done well: The texture is smoother and the flavor is more concentrated. The problem is that it’s hard to find places that get this right, and often Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbin’s is just the better option. In the case of Love Gelato, I can’t recommend anything else.The Gelato is good, the atmosphere is nice and there are some good little places to sit and chat for a while. Simply put, a must for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Some real unique flavours of gelato. Picked up Italian pasta as well (dried). A nice shop tucked away.

They started to become stingy, been a customer for years buying Tubs, nowadays they weigh the tub lol and put some back if they see its over weight 😆 no where in the menu it says we pay per pound. I don't see you guys weighing ice cream cones or small cups? Lol then why weighing Tubs? Keep it up and customers will start going elsewhere.

A friend told me about this place and we decided to go for a mid lunch snack. Firstly the overall esthetic of this place is phenomenal. Its an adorable, inviting shack that really takes you back to a simpler time. Secondly the Gelato was amazing! I went for the classic Nutella and it was delicious. The only problem was I should have ordered the 2 scoop. I still have to try the other flavors. And finally the staff was just the cherry on top. They were all super friendly, very welcoming amd efficient and passionate about their product. If there is one thing I can appreciate about any food service is the passion that is associated with it. Worth another visit.
A cute gelato shop with excellent customer service. Has Hallmark romantic movie vibes. Italian owner went out of his way to get me to try new flavours and introduce me to new products. He was rightfully proud to share that so many products were imported from Italy. A cute place to visit and a great stop for gelato!

First Time Customer, we stumbled across this place this afternoon after Labour Day weekend , its behind main buildings on west side Main Street Markham , they have a cool patio with & without cover, clean !! very peaceful location to chill & relax with your Gelato , friendly owner Paolo loves his business & offers a very tasty Gelato , we had blueberry , coconut , watermelon flavours , check it out , you'll be happy !! enjoy

Incredible flavour, texture, everything. I had the Pear Gelato and tried Pistachio flavoured for the very first time. Interesting and incredible mix the two. Will deffinitely keep coming back with friends whenever I find myself in Markham🩷🧡 My one issue, would be the contamination. A server's earring was just sitting in one of the tubs. I informed an employer and they scooped it out. I suppose a part of me is happy they didn't fish it out with their bare hands. But I was a bit put off after that. Especially since it was sitting in the Pear tub.. l🧐 no clue who's jewelery fell in, but perhaps keeping a hairnet on can help catch earrings, hairs, saliva just all of the above😬😬😬😬

First I have to say how absolutely DELICIOUS the gelato is!!! Oh my gosh! Great flavour selection and so incredibly fresh! I have also never seen so many tasty cone choices either, they are sooo good! Maaeez served me and he had awesome energy! He was so happy and friendly, he made me laugh and put me in such a great mood! He was also very knowledgeable of the flavours and ingredients. Amazing customer service!
