First Time Customer, we stumbled across this place this afternoon after Labour Day weekend , its behind main buildings on west side Main Street Markham , they have a cool patio with & without cover, clean !! very peaceful location to chill & relax with your Gelato , friendly owner Paolo loves his business & offers a very tasty Gelato , we had blueberry , coconut , watermelon flavours , check it out , you'll be happy !! enjoy

Incredible flavour, texture, everything. I had the Pear Gelato and tried Pistachio flavoured for the very first time. Interesting and incredible mix the two. Will deffinitely keep coming back with friends whenever I find myself in Markham🩷🧡 My one issue, would be the contamination. A server's earring was just sitting in one of the tubs. I informed an employer and they scooped it out. I suppose a part of me is happy they didn't fish it out with their bare hands. But I was a bit put off after that. Especially since it was sitting in the Pear tub.. l🧐 no clue who's jewelery fell in, but perhaps keeping a hairnet on can help catch earrings, hairs, saliva just all of the above😬😬😬😬

First I have to say how absolutely DELICIOUS the gelato is!!! Oh my gosh! Great flavour selection and so incredibly fresh! I have also never seen so many tasty cone choices either, they are sooo good! Maaeez served me and he had awesome energy! He was so happy and friendly, he made me laugh and put me in such a great mood! He was also very knowledgeable of the flavours and ingredients. Amazing customer service!

We had Love Gelato at our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! The gelato station was a huge hit with our guests — beautifully set up, delicious flavors, and served with such friendliness and professionalism. Cute little spot to enjoy some ice cream on a hot summer day. They have a wide variety of flavours to choose from, personally wasn’t a huge fan of the gluten free come. So would definitely come again and try the regular come.

I was standing in line last night waiting to get gelato. I felt pretty annoyed that it was closed and that we had to wait for like 20 mins. Once we finally got into the store, we were met with the cutest girl who kindly apologized for the inconvenience. I asked what her name was and it was Aliya. She was so good, kind and scooped our gelato perfectly! She changed our minds of how annoyed we felt of the business closing randomly. Thank you Aliya!

Five stars. I recently visited this gelato restaurant and had an excellent experience. Paolo and his team were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. They offered tasters, explained each flavor, and helped us choose with perfect recommendations for our Love Gelato Box- which we used as “take away” gift to our guests at our daughter’s bridal shower. . Highly recommended—I'll definitely be back!

cute place. no measures against cross contamination between ice creams. if you’re allergic to nuts then i wouldn’t reccomend eating here because the server used the same spoon in the pistachio as the nutella. disappointing because the flavours seemed good but i couldn’t risk my nut allergy.

I don’t recommend this spot at all. Wait time was very long and not worth it. Gelato was very crumbly and overpriced. Every gelato place overflows the cup, this place barely filled it up and was about 10 bites worth. Save your money and go elsewhere.

From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and filled with delicious gelato. The staff are incredibly friendly, helping me choose from their wide range of flavours. Ordering online is super easy - just a few clicks, and your favourite flavours are on their way to you, ready to enjoy in no time!
The flavours are absolutely outstanding- so rich and creamy. What I really appreciated was the variety of options. They offer dairy-free and vegan choices, so everyone can enjoy a scoop (or two).

It's a terrible online order and delivery service. The customer service didn't pay attention to it at all. I want to change the delivery day by phone, but they ask me to send an email. The email has been sent, but I haven't received a reply. Two days later, I called again to confirm whether it was changed. Same answer is let me send an email. OK, I sent it again, and the result... I saw the email after it was delivered. 🫨😔😔😔
