Very bad experience. I bought pork cake with rice and the meat still cold and raw. I didn't ask for return money. I just wanna exchange another one. The old lady who work inside said "I am not return money!" This is so rude. First I never asked for return. Second I just wanna another one. Very bad experience will never ever come again.

It’s the size of my fist which is pretty insaneLots of filling inside the ham sui gok too. It’s a slightly sweet chewy dough with a savoury meat filling. The crab bun had lots of crab filling and a nice fried exterior tooThey also have rice platters / meals. It looked really tasty and my son gave it a thumbs up. It’s a little small for the price, but perfect size to try and get in a nice filling snack.Service was nothing outstanding. They are turning customers over as quickly as possible, but they do prepare and have the rice dishes ready fairly quickly. Ordered one and it was ready in a minute.Lucullus is in Markville mall in the food court. Food court is the usual. Busy at the normal meal rush times. When it’s slow times, finding a seat is pretty easy.Great job overall

The chicken with mushrooms is so salty that you don’t even need to use the soy sauce. The waiter has a good attitude, but lacks ability and does not serve customers in the order they ordered. I gave my order to the customers behind me first, even though the customers behind me ordered the same thing as me. I saw her watching other employees put my order on the plate at the back, but she didn't say anything. I asked her why she wanted to give it to the ones at the back first, and she said sorry. Although the attitude is good, it is unfair to treat customers this way. When ordering, asked me if I could wait 2 minutes? I agreed. Then he told the next customer to wait for 1 minute when ordering their meal. As a result, when the meal was served, it was not for me. I waited for more than 2 minutes and the employee still didn't notice the problem. This store handles ordering worse than other branches. Not worth tipping.

The salted egg & sausage dish comes with half an egg with the shell still on it. Never seen an egg served with the shell lmao. Weird, but all of the food here has been good otherwise. Portions are small but the combo is only 9.99 tbf

The markville out let is a sheer waste of place nomvlue how they have survived the people who work there cheat the bill was 17.45 I was unable to complete the transaction untill I pressed 20% and since it said no tax if I bought 6 or more but still she charged me 13% tax on asking the old lady working she only replied me back 17.45 and tore the recipt I literally went to the service desk in the mall and explained the customer service person they refused to help me saying I have to deal with it directly with them really disgusted after 45 years of my experience in markham first time such an raw cheating as much as I wanted makev big scene I didn't want to end up judged as racist so gave the food to one of tbe janitors in the mallNever will I recommend or go back to this place again

Very very bad experience. Got the milk tea and it tasted sooooo poor. Will never came here again and also when i asked for refund the ladies totally denied.Yam was the name of the person. She was soo rude. She threw the cup lid and the sleeve like she is serving dogs. They don’t have manners to talk and serve the customers. Didn’t even put the lid on the cup. No manager on the floor when i asked and no proper replies. They gonna soon loose customers because only caring about their community. I would say these people are racist.

I bought a cha sui boa and noticed the bottom wasn't cooked thoroughly. The bun is mediocre as there's no cha sui flavour. Also, buns were way over priced. Will not be coming back. For somewhat better quality, just head upstairs to Saint Germain.
