Food court express version of Lucullus Bakery. They close later but the steam rice they tend to run out before closing time. Excellent food for the price! Especially the rice and drink combo.

Looks very good. I think it is better than T&T Supermarket. I did not have the chance to try it, because I have congee for lunch already, on my last day in Toronto. Hope I could try next time.

Markville location is setup as a grab and go counter within the food court area. Fairview Mall is setup as a cafe with tables and chairs.
Baked goods and pastries are not individually bag until you purchased it. Eggs tart is good.
