They claim that the Hong Kong style milk tea is good but it was kind of disappointed!! The buns are okay, it's quite salty in general. The worst part was the staff there. They talked to each other about the customers and they thought people won't understand their language!! So rude!!!

I bought this black sesame drink, which is usually pretty good. However, I noticed how thick it was. Then I realized the lid has an opening, and the drink thickens throughout the day. Now I’m getting a stomach ache from it.

I never post bad reviews, but after confronting them about a cake order that they completely butchered and didn’t take any accountability for it, I am avoiding this place. In summary, good quality food most of the time, hit or miss for the cakes and ATROCIOUS customer service. I avoid coming, unless I’m absolutely dying for egg tarts and mango mochi in the area. If you do go, mentally prepare yourself for the demeaning cashier / owner. Ugh

Absolute shameful behavior!! The cashier tried to guilt trip my wife into giving tips and would not give her total change back. Mind you this is a bakery where you are picking out everything yourself and bringing it up to pay, not some dine-in place where you're being served. Horrible attitude, avoid this place if you value your money.

I don't know what happened but cashier, she is so rude. My bill is $6.85, I give to her $20 then I tried to look for 85 cents to give her. But she didn't wait for me then she gave back money for me with rude attitude.....

Been coming here for years and their HK Egg Tarts with Milk tea combo hits like childhood 🫢 Everything is baked fresh (when you show up too early and everything is coming out from the kitchen) Plenty of bun variety and the staff welcomes you every morning No gimmicks here just simple fresh baked HK style bread

It used to have the best steamed rice in Markham, but the quality has gone downhill after the pandemic. It is very sad. The once-famous curry chicken steamed rice is missed forever!
