Finally had the chance to visit this place. They have the best sticky rice wrap in lotus leaves IMO compare to some dim sum places where portions are mostly rice. There's plenty of filling to rice ratio. It's a hearty meal in itself. It's also avaliable frozen and you can steam it at home. Also can't go wrong with egg tarts. There's 2 types avaliable but can't go wrong with the flaky crust.
There is hot food avaliable but would have to ask the staff. Didn't see any on display and didn't know until a lady behind me ordered 2 hot foods. It's a small bakery but still has a lot of variety of buns options. One side of the bakery has a seating area for you to enjoy your delicious baked goods while sipping on a hot/ cold drink.

Terrible customer service, especially the cashier lady from Hong Kong. I wouldn't recommend it to anyoneThe service is simply infuriating, especially the Hong Kong woman who collects money at the front desk. Will not be returning.

It used to be 4 yuan a piece of pork rib rice and milk tea, but now it is 14 yuan. The price has increased and the portion is smaller than before. I usually eat it every day on the way to work, but now I feel like I really can’t afford it.

The Lucullus in Richmond Hill is normally my favourite go-to spot and I happened on this location because I was in the area.I was actually shocked at how bad the service was especially in comparison to their other locations. The cashier was not only rude but also gave attitude? I also think something in my lemon ginger tea was rancid because the taste was way off…Needless to say, bad service seems to be a common sentiment even as I read through the other reviews for this location lol

However, it's worth noting that the prices can add up quickly – my recent purchase of a few buns and a milk tea nearly reached $20.While the quality justifies the cost, I do wish they expanded their morning (8:30am-9am) options for a satisfying breakfast on the go. The service is “okay” at best. When it came time to pay, the lady at the counter was busy talking to her co-worker to the point where I had to remind her for my change. Overall, a 3-star experience with room for a bit more morning menu diversity and more attentive service.

I had a craving for egg tarts and spontaneously visited this bakery. I picked up a few other pastries including winter melon cake (lo por bang) and ham & shrimp dumpling (ham shiu kok). Although the prices seemed a bit higher than other places, I'm enjoying the quality of the pastries, amount of filling and the nice packaging.I also noticed a freezer with a wide selection of frozen dishes ranging from $5-10. Would revisit!
