This place used to be great. Now, the service is terrible. The egg waffle tastes okay, but it looks pretty unappetizing when served.

Ordered a coconut with grass jelly with 50% sugar and received the taro coconut drink instead. When I said this isn't my drink, he just gave a cup of coconut milk.

Don't bother coming to this location, find another bbt shop in the area

Waited over 30 mins for 2 drinks. The service was terrible and the staff didn’t know what they were doing. One of the drinks I ordered was mango pomelo and they ran out of pomelo and didn’t tell me then substituted with strawberries.

We ordered 4 Cream Brûlée Thai Milk Tea on UberEat and this is what we got. We alr reported on UberEat and they said they cannot refund it. So we tried to call the store and the staff gave us their owner’s phone number. We called and complained about it. In fact the one made those drinks is the owner, instead of feeling sorry and finding the solution to solve it, she just tried to ignore it and said we will contact with UberEat. But until now we didn’t receive any updates from her. What a irresponsible way to run a business

Canceled our Skip the Dishes order last minute (probably because it was a promotion). If you want M Cha Bar, their North York location is much better.

This store's quality is different to the finch location. It is not good nor acceptable. The finch location has rich and deep tea flavour. This stores has nothing like it. My goto is the jasmine green tea. I deliberately posted this negative review in hopes they fix their issue.

Extremely unpleasant third experience going to this location today (Jan 12 3:17PM) due to the lack of transparency and empathy surrounding an online pickup order placed via SkiptheDishes.

Skip gave me a $10 off coupon on my next order, which was automatically used when I placed an order for 2 mango pomelo drinks. I did notice that throughout my entire 17 min drive to get there, my order was never moved past the confirmation stage. Once I arrived, I was told by the front-facing employee that they have had issues with people using Skip coupons which allowed them to receive "2 drinks for $5" and that the maximum discount they can do is $5 so if I wanted my order made, I needed to pay an additional $5 on top of the $8.98 that was already charged to my credit card at the time of transaction.

Please note that I have had paid for these drinks for full-price in the past, but wished to cancel my order after being delivered this information due to the lack of transparency at the time of this transaction. The only effort that was made to contact me about this was an email from Skip support 10 min after my order was placed (which I cannot read while driving) versus a simple phone call that could have been much more effective.

What made the situation even worse was that I then had to spend another 15 min at the store, totalling to a time of 33 minutes dealing with this issue as both the store and I were unable to cancel the order on our end and had to wait for a Skip Support person to do so, on top of refunding my credit card charge. During this time, no apology was made during such inconvenience, but fortunately the Skip Support person was more empathetic to the situation by doing the above and giving me a $5 credit for my troubles on top of an apology.

Please go to the North York Centre or Eglinton locations instead for a better experience, where my boyfriend had a seamless transaction through Skip just the previous week.

“I always get milk tea and salted egg ice cream here, and the drinks are usually great. But today (October 21st, around 5:30pm), I was disappointed. The Oreo salted cream foam I usually order tasted different—there wasn’t much salted foam, and barely any Oreo. It wasn’t even busy when we were there. I’m not sure if the staff was upset because we spoke to her in Chinese at first, and then she said she only speaks English.

Love it. Ordered osmanthus milk tea and even found salted egg flavor of gelato. Waiting for bakery booth ready. Owners are very lovely couple, definitely would like to visit again and highly recommend!!

I ordered two ice creams and asked the staff what flavors they had. They didn’t know. It took me a long time to finish the order. The ice creams were not put out in the refrigerator. When I asked for a menu, there was no menu. The ice cream was also too sweet.
