Tried their Matcha Dragonwell Tea and it’s so good. I’m not even sure what Dragonwell tea is, but it tastes amazing. The tea flavor pairs perfectly with the matcha — smooth, balanced, and not overpowering at all. Would definitely order it again.

Went to Pickering location. Stranded in line for 5 mins. When i got to the counter they said they're closed. The last customer they took was the person in front of me. No customer service whatsoever. There was no one behind me. I was the last person in line.

This spot is a solid choice if you're craving bubble tea and egg waffles. They boast an impressive range of egg waffle flavors, and honestly, they're a must-try – definitely a highlight here! However, the bubble tea can be a bit of a gamble. Sometimes it's absolutely fantastic, perfectly balanced and delicious, but other times it can be quite disappointing. This inconsistency might stem from training issues. If they can get the drink quality to be consistently excellent, this place would truly be outstanding.
The new peach slush and berry slush tastes so good! Also highly recommend oolong milk tea with coffee jelly and crystal bubble!

It was my first time here and the young gentleman working there recommended me a strawberry cheesecake drink and it was amazing. Very good customer service and exceptional drinks. He gave me samples of the gelatos and the black sesame one is very rich in flavour (which i ended up getting). Will definitely be back :)

Delicious fruity drinks. I had the mango strawberry slush. I'll need to try more flavours in the future. There's lots of little cafes and restaurants in this same plaza. There is also underground parking here. They provide waterproof bags for the drinks.

Your staff needs professional training. I ordered five drinks tonight, all with 30% sugar, but they tasted even sweeter than full sugar. They were awful — a waste of time and money. Terrible
